Hey fellow PE’ers, I need your help

I started PE about a year ago, at starting stats 5-5.5” NBPEL and (if I remember right) 4.75” EG - now I’m only at 5.75-6” NBPEL and 5” EG (5.25” after PE).. I feel like I’m not progressing anymore though, it’s like I hit a wall.

I normally do 2 days on 1 day off, and use Bathmate for warmup. I warm up for 5 min, then do 10 min stretching (with the twist-stretches that target the tunica as it seems to be my main limiting factor), 5 min Bathmate, 10 min. Stretching and finally 10 min Bathmate.

Can anyone input some tips, or help me out with coming up with a routine that I can follow? Thanks much

It sounds like you need some fine tuning and some consistency. Try the linear newbie routine without the bathmate. It works you up to an intensity that is right for you. Basically you start slow and work up until it’s just right.

The reason I say ditch the bathmate is the lack of vacuum gauge. Those things are capable of producing dangerous vacuum levels and you could be overdoing it with that tool alone. I have one and I loved it. Then I realized that it is the wrong size cylinder for anyone in the average range. Nothing but fluid buildup came out of it for me.

Your right G263.

First start with the linear newbie routine. Then after a month or two ,move on to the newbie routine .


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

For some, gains come slowly. I have gained 1 inch in length and girth; however, it took me over four years. Patience and consistency is required.

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

NBPEL measurements can fluctuate considerably due to diet and stress. It’s entirely possible you are still consistently gaining but fat pad fluctuations are hiding changes.

I would continue your routine, because it was working, and start measuring with the more accurate BPEL method.

Thanks for the responses fellas, I actually had kind of a shitty moment yesterday when I measured after not doing PE for about two weeks - I was right back to 5.5 length and 4.5 girth.. What . The . Fuck! After almost a year I haven’t gained shit permanently!! I’m really confused and discouraged - but I’m gonna keep working it out, and will add jelq to the stretches/bathmate. I’m keeping the bathmate in the routine since it seems to help expand my tunica after stretches (I can feel the pressure from within the shaft) and hope that the jelqs can take me further. Any specific tips/routines for intermediate level PE would be appreciated!

Bathmate is not the best PE method to gain permanently. Generally speaking, pumps require a lot of time to cement gains.

These measurements coule be due to lower EQ too, remember it is really important. I only measure when my dick is extremely hard.

Anyway, take the suggestion of G263 into consideration.

I agree with drako93. Measure only when 100% hard and another thing. JELQ! Jelq like crazy. The father of all pe exercises.
