Hi All,

I am just about to start off my PE routine and need some advice. Before the veterans sigh and roll their eyes, yes I’ve read all the FAQs and I do intend to go on the “Newbie Routine” for the first couple of months :) .

My first question is: I did the LOT simulation/test/whatever and I can still get tugback at 6 0’clock. FUCK. I read that this means stretching exercises won’t work and I’ve got less chance of getting gains than winning the lottery. Does this mean I should forget about the newbie routine as it is mostly a strecthing exercise (Jelq) and roll up in the foetal position and cry all night?

Secondly this question is more for the vets who are in a married/engaged/defacto relationship : If I go ahead with the newbie routine I don’t want my partner to know what I’m doing. This stems from a multitude of reasons. What is the best way I can do the routine while hiding it? I was thinking of doing it in the shower but half an hour in the shower is a long time and she might get suspicious. Any tips/advice?

There are lots of us vets that say “fo’geddabout it” when it comes to LOT. Just do your beginers routine, watch your PIs and don’t get impatient. Many guys hit a home run their first time at bat…many take a long time to even get a base hit. (I don’t know how to translate that to “Cricket”)

As far as hiding it from the wife (partner?…hummm)…my personal belief is its best to give her some version of the “truth”. You could tell her that you read some articles on line that gave exercises that helped with penile health, improved sex and help prevent problems as you get older. Keep it very simple and not a big deal. Then, if you take a little too long in the shower and she asks, you can tell her that you read that its the best place to do the exercise…heat and all.

If you don’t want to go that route, then you are going to have to go the “sneaky” route…and you’ll just have to get the time when you can.

As for the partner I think you’re right. All I want do is avoid admitting that I have an insecurity about my wang.

I also supposedly suffer from a low lot, however I have managed to gain .25 in length in 3 week doing only manual stretches primarily targeting the ligs. I wouldn’t worry about that, just stick to a routine and see what happens. I don’t think that any particular solution works for everyone.

Hey hermit, I think I’d actually prefer my gf to say she can’t deal with a bigger cock. If I told mine and she turned around and said “I would sooo love a bigger cock than what you’ve got” I would be devasted. It would definetly result in a few nights of limp dick sex :D

It could turn into a motivation for you. My wife called me Mr. Oriental because of my size, and it motivates me to PE, and now she appreciate what I’ve gained so far.
