First, find the period key on your keyboard. It’s the one next to the question mark. Then check out the Forum Guidelines . After that start reading a whole frigging lot. Start with the links in my signature. And lastly, if you have questions, after trying to find the answer using the search button to no avail, ask and it shall be answered.
There are a lot of different forums here as well. One being the Fitness and Nutrition Forum. The answer to your last question will be there somewhere. Thunder’s helps those who help themselves.
