Need some information
I am new to this forum. I am looking for some specific info.
A) Is it necessary to do kegel while stretching ?
B) Can the newbie program be split into two consisting of 15 mins each, one in shower and another before retiring at night ? Because I am finding it difficult to perform this priavte routine for thirty minutes at a stretch. That could raise eyebrows :-) .
C) Is manual stretching more effective than jelqing?
