I am new to this forum. I am looking for some specific info.

A) Is it necessary to do kegel while stretching ?

B) Can the newbie program be split into two consisting of 15 mins each, one in shower and another before retiring at night ? Because I am finding it difficult to perform this priavte routine for thirty minutes at a stretch. That could raise eyebrows :-) .

C) Is manual stretching more effective than jelqing?

a. No. Those are separate activities that have different goals.

b. ? I assume so.

c. Like the first question, stretching and jelqing are different things with different goals, stretching being about mechanically lengthening the penis and jelqing about forcing blood into the penis (and promoting EQ and erect girth).

There are basically 2 things you can do to your dick.
1. Stretchgaments and chambers. Stretches do this.
2. Induce expansion through plood pressure. (Create a 105% erection) Jelqs do this.

A good PE program, should have some varient if both. Take your time and learn manual excercses deeply. They are more complex cated than you might think.

And always use heat!


Start: Dec 2016 BPEL: 6.125" MEG: 5.5" (5' - 9" 264 lb)

Yes I split my newbie routine into two parts. Stretching in the morning. Jelqs in the afternoon. Be sure to do a heat warmup before each session. Had very good newbie gains.

See this newbie routine, a little gentler than the regular one. It starts slow and then ramps up.

Linear Newbie Routine

I am really stumped by some gains story : increase in length and girth by 4 - 5 inches. I understand that PE requires time, hard work and patience. Is it possible to gain such l/g from just manual routines. I guess it is possible.

Those guys are outliers. Much more realistic is an inch or so each way. Even so, every one is different and some guys don’t gain at all.

Will also note that many guys get the gains they want without devices. Hands only

Definitely remember this is a marathon, not a sprint.

Also remember to warm up the tissues for every workout.
