Negative PI after manual stretching
Hi,
Been doing the newbie routine for a while. As some of you may know I had problems maintaining an erection while jelqing. Well, I found out why.
Here’s my routine:
5 min warm up with rice sock
Simple manual stretches for about 20 seconds up,down,left,right and straight out. Plus helicopter shakes thrown in a few times.
Attempt to jelq
5 min warm down with rice sock (not always possible as I need to sneak out to the microwave.
It appears that after doing the simple manual stretches my dick is very fatigued. I really don’t feel like I’m pulling too hard when I stretch though. When I try to get an erection my dick is smaller with very low EQ.
My EQ will be back to normal or better next time I masturbate. I’ve definitely experienced a serious increase in EQ since I started my routine, so I’m confused about the mix signals.
What do you think of this?
If it’s just the case of fatigue after stretches I’ll split my routine up and have a jelqing routine separate to manual stretches.
Also I have yet to experience any gains, but I have been quite inconsistent with my routine.
