New Guy On The Block With A Small Problem?

Hello everyone

First off I’d like to say thank you for this website, the information you provide is golden! I went from a skeptic to “damn I need to start this quick!”

From what I read and see it’s entirely possible to gain something, unless you’re in micro category?
So why aren’t people doing this? I think it’s because it takes a tremendous amount of time and effort to achieve their goals. I’ve seen some of the hours people have put in on here and I can’t lie, it’s daunting, so I don’t blame them in that regard!

BUT if you’re a grafter you can pull it off, from what I can see, so there’s hope .🙌🏻

Damn, someone/I could be lucky and get crazy growth like some of them guys you read about, you never know, that’s why I think it’s worth a shot!
Can you imagine? I’d literally be running around naked until I got arrested, facts!

So let’s get to the point, I’m a little under average on length and quite abit on girth, my BPEL is 5.25” and my EG is 4” mid shaft and 4.25” at the base. It is what it is as they say, or isit? I hope not!

I’ve read that the smaller you start the less gains you can achieve, potentially? I’m not sure how truthful that statement is but I do know this, I’m willing to put in some serious effort into this and go hammer and tong to try and achieve my goals!

So what should my short/long term goals be do you think? Should I start off and aim for average on both? Any recommended beginner programs for someone with my dimensions? I obviously don’t want to literally start going hammer and tong but let’s say I started next week and put in a 100% effort on a good routine, what should I expect by xmas? I know everyone Is different so it would vary on the individual but it would be nice to have some kind expectations maybe? I don’t know. Damn I could have 0 gains as well tho, it’s a possibility I guess. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I’ll be honest, it’s the girth that I’d love to improve the most, that’s the most important to me I think. I’ve read some people with a 2” girth gain, now that’s the dream lads!! I couldn’t imagine walking around with some sh*t like that tbh, it just seems mental!

Anyways like I said I’m the new guy on the block and any advice would be appreciated, If Iv’e missed something that I should’ve asked or if anyone has a question for me, let me know. 🙂

Hey man welcome to the forum! I’m new aswell and it seems we are about in the same boat starting size, exept I’m 5” NBPEL and nor BPEL. But I can’t exercise right now due to some EQ issues.. So you might get a head start on me! Good luck man!

I’ve read the exact opposite so I’m confused on this one.

MH welcome to TP! As you mentioned there is indeed much information here. I personally am unfamiliar with your comment that the smaller the size the less chance of growth. What I am 100% sure of is if someone never starts they will never grow.

We strongly recommend that one starts with the newbie routine. This program helps to condition your penis so you will be able to expand your PE program over time. You dont start training for a marathon by running the full 26 miles on day 1.

Read the warnings so you may understand the risks of PE. This is definitely not a situation of “if one is good then two is better”.

Try the newbie routine for several months. Consistency is critical. Once your growth has slowed you may consider other types of PE.

How much will you grow? That unfortunately is an unknown. Every dick is different so you’ll just need to start and monitor your results. We also recommend that you take accurate measurements now so you can have a baseline to compare to. Pictures are also useful. You do not need to post them, although some guys do.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

So far I’ve had success with the combo of extending and heated stretching for length. Research shows me that clamping is best for birth, but popular wisdom says to wait awhile before trying that method. My advice is set goals you believe are attainable, enjoy the process rather than being stuck on results, and use heat.

Thanks for the info mate. Tbh I think I read it on reddit somewhere a few weeks back and I just picked that outta my brain when I was writing this thread.

Well that’s fantastic news, my new long term goal is 10x7 I’ll get it by the time I’m 70, Dream big haha!

Congratulations, it’s the stuff we all want to be hearing! Thanks for the info I may consider it in the future.

I’ll just be doing that beginner routine I think and taking it slow! Isit good to use heat from the get go or? And what do you use for heat? Thanks

I would use heat from the jump. It makes everything looser and easier. I use a rice sock, which is also good because it doubles as a fulcrum to stretch over.

Welcome Mike! Hope you have a successful and safe PE journey :) Sound like you’re in some need of inspiration and I would point you to BeardedDragon’s legendary thread Big Gainer Highlights. Settle in for the long run, and more importantly in my opinion is to get acquainted with your unit, everyone is different and what works for some guys will give others horrible PIs, or just simply not work. That’s why the Newbie Routine (START HERE ——-> NEWBIE ROUTINE <——- Important Newbie Info) is vital in my opinion to not only ease you in slowly, but to get you to know where your limits are!

Thanks mate, me too lol! Yeah I figure its all trial and error so we will see.

Can’t wait to start on Monday and see where this goes, need to give up smoking aswell tbf! Thanks for the links.
