Seeking opinions on a current routine , I’ll keep it short and get right to it. On an off with my journey for a couple years , the last month I’ve taken it serious and determined to remain consistent. Length only for right now

Warm up 10-15 minutes and in between each stretch (3 minute heat )
Basic directional stretches 30 seconds x2
Heat 3 minutes
A stretch: 4 sets 30 seconds
Heat 3 minutes
Mandingo stretch : 4 sets 30 seconds
Heat 3 minutes
V stretch: 4 sets 30 seconds
I would like to hang a set or 2 as well but that’s where I would like a veterans opinion, and warm down 15 minutes and traction wrap the rest of the day 8-10 hours.
Am I doing to much ? To little ? I would really love the help.

It’s a good idea to add some jelqs.

My reply would be to lenny, having history in PE and have pumped for about 4 months in the past you don’t think that would have strengthened the tunica? And to counter that , would be work my tail off with length exercises only?

Try to raise the stretches to one minute each, but don’t raise the overall time.

Try to use a constant heat source, such as an infrared lamp.

Do not think that jelqs will not help, they do a lot.

Try to add the fulcrum stretching, above the wrist in all four directions, instead of mandingo stretch.

This is my personal opinion.

The tunica will only be strengthened or toughened if we greatly ramp up the exercises intesity or make the routines unduly long. Hard flaccid could be an indication of that.

For recommendation I would second peavey and give a more thinking about the hanging and the traction wrap. Let to do some hanging when you exhausted the length gains from other exercises.

I read Bennett8s routine I shall give that it’s deserved time probably the rest of the year , I’ll try and work everyday , due to privacy , I should be able to get atleast Monday thru Friday and take off weekends or maybe 6on 1 off , I’ve seen people have options on all different rest schedules but I like working everyday , I’m never sore the following day just fatigued afterwards.

Starting at 6.25 EL by the way , I remember when I started way back when I was on and off of PE I gained the .25 . Back in the grind!
