New member But not to PE
Seeking opinions on a current routine , I’ll keep it short and get right to it. On an off with my journey for a couple years , the last month I’ve taken it serious and determined to remain consistent. Length only for right now
Warm up 10-15 minutes and in between each stretch (3 minute heat )
Basic directional stretches 30 seconds x2
Heat 3 minutes
A stretch: 4 sets 30 seconds
Heat 3 minutes
Mandingo stretch : 4 sets 30 seconds
Heat 3 minutes
V stretch: 4 sets 30 seconds
I would like to hang a set or 2 as well but that’s where I would like a veterans opinion, and warm down 15 minutes and traction wrap the rest of the day 8-10 hours.
Am I doing to much ? To little ? I would really love the help.
