Hello fellow jelqers. I’m embarking on a new journey, a penis increase journey. I’ve been looking at guides and techniques for the past week and I think that I’m going to give it a shot. My current measurements are 5.3x4.8. What I hope to achieve is 6.5-7.0x5.0. I’m going to start doing the newbie routine that is on this website.
The Newbie Routine
5 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 minutes hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each. I plan on doing this for the long haul and since I’m scared of damaging I won’t be squeezing that hard when doing the O jelq. Is. The warm up process crucial to the minimization of damage? If any of you experienced people read this form do you think that this workout will suffice or should I alter it. I will start jelqing next week on Monday and post monthly updates.
