Linear Newbie Routine

I am supposed to do that everyday?. Are there future routines that I can do kinda like a usual workout (like 3-4 times in a week) or something like that?

Going to do this workout strictly scheduled atleast 3-4 times a week, with heating pads and all that, because honestly I can’t stand the extender I bought for now. Wonder how this whole thing will work because I am also practicing no fap (semen retention to be exact) and already at like 1 month and feeling great. My habit forming and motivation is great, just as long as this routine won’t take too much time daily (like 40 minutes I think should be enough). I wonder also what is considered a 5 minute warmup (like what to do exactly) and how much % of erection should I have when stretching or jelqing.

Regarding level of erection and warm up, I would just assume they are the same as described in the beginner guides elsewhere on the site, but then again, assumption is the mother of all f***ups.

(I also skipped the seven hundred or so previous posts (schhh don’t tell)).

By the way, this is my first post and I got to say, love* the strict language and typing rules.

So I have been doing this on accident for about two months. I just read the directions.
I goofed around with pumping a while ago, I’m just not that serious. It was more of a curiosity than anything. I was fascinated how it pulled precum out.
Anyway, I do twice daily 30 second stretches, each followed by 50 fast squeezes similar to milking a cow teat.
Then 20 wet jelqs at night. Nothing on weekends. I’m just looking for a bit of length as I am right at 5.25” girth, which I am happy with.
I was at 6.75” and am now hitting 7.0”.
I think I will just carry on with what I’m doing.
I’m taking a week off to go unwind.
