I would say no, it doesn’t. I always do stretching before jelqing exactly because I do wet jelqs and want a good grip for stretching.

In order to condition my dick for the jelqing I always do a 5 min massage of the taint for better blood circulation. Onky then I start jelqing.

Oh yes, it definitely does. Main reason is injury prevention. Jelqing at high erection erection levels is to be considered as very intense exercise. Better start at lower levels and feel the blood flowing as you slowly jelq. You as jelqibg subject has to get used to jelqing as much as your dick does as jelqing object.

Yes, that is even recommended. After my initial warm-up my dick is completely relaxed, flaccid and ready for stretching.

I started this 1 days on 2 days off only 1 week (3 workouts)

I can already feel my dick stronger and it got a little bit longer maybe 0.2 cm but it is clear as I measured it before and after many times, right now I’m on week 2 I will do it 1 day on 1 day off. And 35 jelq I will start stretching on 3rd week but so far so nice.

I haven’t had morning wood for 3 days now and I’m on the Linear Routine second week . Am I doing something wrong?? Help please

Hi, I’ve read as much of this thread as I could but it’s long and I’m interested in starting this routine as soon as possible but have some questions.

I’m currently doing a full body weight workout in the mornings with some pull ups later in the day, when would be the best time for me to do this linear routine, after my workouts and if so how long after?

Do I have to heat my dick to make it grow? Or Can I perform this excersices cold? Thanks

As long as it’s not immediately after a workout any time is ok. I’d probably leave it at least an hour though.

About the stretching: is it needed a time for resting between one stretch and another one? I mean, I stretch to the right for 30 sec, and then? I have to rest? How much time? Or can I do the next stretch?

No need to rest, just re-grip and continue.

- 20 minutes of Air Pump (bath-mate)

If you have no previous experience with PE and you just started with Newbie routine, why do you pump ? Your penis is not conditioned and you have to spend number of months just with manual exercises, even that way you can overdo and injure yourself. Take it easy bro.

I’m doing exercise with the pump since december, I think I’m ready for this.

I didn’t know you could air pump with a bathmate… you learn something new everyday.

However, be careful with those bathmates. I understand they can be pumped up to 17Hg… a lot of vacuum for a newbie, or anyone for that fact.

And because they don’t come with a gauge, it difficult to know what Hg you are at.

It’s always best to do a Newbie Routine for at least 3 to 4 months before starting with any gear. This period gives you time to condition your penis for more advanced exercises.

However, at the end of the day it’s your penis.

So, good luck. :)
