Linear Newbie Routine

Maybe I should not go further than 120-150 jelqs this time? I understand I should be ideally adding more and more each time, but it may be that around the 150 mark, its going too far…

If I find that throughout the day my unit seems a little turtled ( with decreased EQ and frequecy ) could that be a sign that I should decrease the numebr of jelqs?

Yes, definitely. Shrinkage is good only if it lasts 1 to 2 hours max after the routine. That shows you had a good to your limits exercise.

Any shrinkage that lasts more than 2 hours max after a session shows that you are doing too much.

Yesterday I started again, did 60 total ( 10 dry jelqs and 50 wet jelqs ), and still I feel I had gone abit too far. Maybe I am asking a stupid question, or stating the obvious, but I probably should have started at low intensity ( not just the amount, or number of strokes ) so my penis gradually gets used to the session, specialy after 6 days rest…? One red spot slightly came back aswell…
But I have often been having shrinkage throughout the day, it be last week or a month ago….When I say shrinkage I basically mean that I am 0 % erect, in comparison to some days I have like a 10 or 20% all day, which I notice when I go for a slash. A good shake quikly gets it to good shape though!
I should definetly do more massaging during the warmup, as I dont do any really, and I hardly ever do warm downs either, and when I do they are just because I do my sessions before having a shower most times, so thats not a proper warm down as the shower isnt as hot as it should be.

Its been 4.5 months without gains now, I must admit I cant see why it would suddenly just work…but I will continue ( I have faith in you guys! )
If I have been overdoing it, could that be a reason not to gain? Like less is more, more is less for some? I will cut down the quantity and see…

Listen, the number of jeqs is not too high, so you must be using excessive force. Do not put too much pressure.Don’t choke the penis, squeeze it and jelq.

Also watch your erection. Jelq with something like 50%, not 70 or 80. It’s balanced.

So, if I were you, I would try to keep the same pressure for a week, lowering the reps. If shrinkage insist, I would try to keep the jelqa number and put less pressure for a week. If you don’t see any good with that, I would then, for a week, lower the reps and the amount of pressure. One of them will do.

If you see no results, we will disguss it more.

Drink some more water too. Maybe you are dehydrated. Not liquids, generally. Water.

So I keep the same pressure ( probably too high ) for a week, lowering reps? But I am only at 80 reps right now! If I lower them ( by 10 per session ) then I will end up at 30 jelqs in a week! Is that what you mean?
Remember I have just come out of weeks break, so started again at 50 jelqs, adding 10 each session, and I had left off at 150 just before the break, today I am at 80 jelqs….
Possible to gain with that little amount of strokes? Would be fab. Maybe my shrinkage is not even really shrinkage too….It gets quite confusing when we have to explain via words things that happen to or bodies !

So, in a sentence, I stay at 80 jelqs ( or reduce them even more?) and try a week with the same pressure I normally use.? ( quite high, I like to feel the pump effect in the penis at the moment of switching hands…theres a split second when both hands are touching the penis, and when I squeeze the base, I feel the pump in the shaft or glans, then, that hand leaves the penis, ready to do another squeeze.)

Explaining.

Lower the reps first. Do like 50, Same pressure you are applying now. Give it a week.

If you see no results, the next week, do 80 jelqs again but lower the amount of pressure you are putting. Gentle jeqing. Give it a week.

If you don’t see any results, the next week, do 50 jelqs, with low pressure. Give it a week.

See this as an experiment. Do not expect gains, just monitor the effects on your flaccid. The goal here is to see how you can avoid shrinkage.

If you find that then you can work for some gains. We will find together what is best for you mate.

The point here is to see how your penis reacts to exercise and what kind of exercise affects it.

When we establish that I believe we can find a safe and productive routine for you.

Ok I will go straight back to 50 again today. I havent had shrinkage since I re started, and last session ( the day before yesterday ) I did 80 at the same pressure I usually use, and I havent noticed shrinkage.

I will try and keep note on paper of EQ and flaccid state daily, with a 1-10 system. If I dont write things down I just forget them

First of all, if you think you are injured just DON’T DO ANYTHING until you are 100% healed. (That’s what I am waiting for, now…). A few more days off will not make you lose gains. If you tire yourself too much you will only lose more time.

1st I would try to experiment with heating. Remember, PE to your penis is what gymnastics is to your body. When you heat it ,does your penis feel like when you warm up before exercises? I would suggest you to try and run for 10 minutes (or do some push ups) to get a good circulation in ALL your body and then go to heating your penis.

2nd If you feel pain after stretching then you are stretching too much. Same principle as with heating. You don’t try to abrupt your penis from your body, you try to stretch it like you would stretch your hands or legs.

Even if you don’t have any size gains you should have other kind of gains. My veins on my penis have become really big. Same way as it would happen to my body if I did a lot of exercise….

Also same principles as in body building apply here. If you eat healthy (your food habits should not lack protein and vitamins) you get better gains…

Bill I am doing so, but I have cut the stretching. Maybe as well as making a truer experiment, it will decon the excess stretching I was doing. I can always add a week of experiment with stretching, once I find a good routine, and see if it was the stretching that was causing shrinkage…?

Ziggy, yes I have wondered about doing a general excersise before PE which would seem logic. Sometimes I have the feeling that some gains have come, like the penis feeling more full(specially at mid erection), but when I then measure( at full erection), its just the same…And I do eat healthy, but I do try to avoid meat ( I still eat meat at least once a week ) but my diet provides enough protein from grains and legumes….I hope! I do have a very slim body shape, no fat at all ( on me and little in my diet ) and I have a physically hard job.

I definetley dont have a shrinkage issue at the moment…I’m also now wearing a loose pair of boxers, whearas before I was wearing tighter ones…And my girlfriend has suddenly decided to get horny and false the experiment! haha she knows nothing of it…2 days shes been in an extra sexy mood and wanting it like hell!( cant complain )

Strecthing is known to fuck up EQ, not turtle the flaccid.
