mixmix,Rather than counting the number of jelqs and increasing it rapidly, work on each stroke making sure it’s maximally effective and increase strokes as needed.
Your rest days are inconsistent. I’m not sure I have sufficient proof for this point but PE seems cumulative between rest days, so you work to the point where each day in a series feels like it’s working you slightly harder and then you rest. We often talk about decreasing rest days or having more on days in a row to increase the work on the penis. If your rest days are inconsistent, then you will find this difficult to gauge and even if you do the same work on your on days, it will have a different effect.
So my tips would be work on technique rather than adding more and be incredibly consistent, so that you know when you need to change.
Actually I have been doing the jelqs at prety much top quality….Cant seem to make them much better…One thing though is that I do prefer to jelq at about 80 percent erection, otherwise I dont get a full pump effect. Also I kegel every now and again just before applying the grip at the base of the penis, for the same reason.
I will keep at 10 minutes stretching, and 160 jelqs for another month or so then.
