My linear routine
Hi everyone, I have been on the linear routine for one month now. I can share results if you like.
Well results is not the best word because I have not gained a millimetre but I can still share the details.7.2 inches BPER and girth I am am having trouble measuring that correctly. I t seems to change all the time, if I change a very slight angle on my tailors ruler..
Anyway, here’s my routine so far:
(Previously had minor injuries with a little light jelqing)
Basically started with 10 wet jelqs, always 10 minutes warm up and 5 approx warm downs, 2 days on and 1 day rest, or 2 days on 2 days rest, adding a few more every session. Today I am at 60 wet jelqs.
I know that its only been a month and that some people will take alot of time to gain (even some don’t gain at all?) but I think some people mange to start gains around a month is that correct?
No injuries this time. Apart from my skin cracking a bit like when you have dry lips and the corner of your mouth cracks open.. So got cream on that all day..
EQ seems like it is pretty stable.
I have a few questions though.
Do I have to keep the pressure throughout the whole session? For example I was disturbed for about 1 minutes in the middle of my session, and was at say 30 jelqs, and then 1 minute pause. Then started again another 20 to get to 50. Also I find it often difficult to keep pressure for many strokes because I can’t seem to get a grip close enough to my shaft end without grabbing loads of skin with it!
About one out of 2 stokes I kegel just before letting go of the stroke and just before appling the next one, so it keeps more blood in the penis.. Is this correct? Dangerous for a beginner?
A question about stretching.. What type of injury is a likely result of stretching? Thrombosis is generally because of jelqing because of pressure to the veins..
