I have a simple question. After how many days should I expect my EQ to get better ? I don’t have problems with it, it gets super-hard with my girlfriend but I lack morning and night wood, seems I only get hard in the morning if I think about it before going to sleep.

Well is there a certain time that takes for the EQ to get better through jelqs?

Most guys do get night-wood, but they are unaware of it, as they are asleep. In the past we used to tell people to put a row of stamps around their penis at night, and if the perforations were broken in the morning, then they had nocturnal erections.

Not everyone gets morning wood; it usually depends on what part of the sleep cycle you are in when you wake. REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep becomes prolonged toward the morning, and in REM, dreams are often of a sexual nature. If you are having an erotic dream and your alarm wakes you, it’s quite likely you will have an erection. If you wake naturally, it won’t be from REM sleep, so an erection is unlikely.
If you have broken sleep patterns, a morning erection is less likely too.

If you get super-hard with your girlfriend, you don’t have EQ problems.

This probably isn’t the thread for this but can you explain what you mean by eating “clean”. Perhaps it would be more appropriate to create a new thread or direct me to one that already exists?

Practice edging to last longer. Staying superhard for a long time is down to health and mental stimulation. Eat well, sleep well, get plenty of aerobic exercise and minimize your use of porn.

My problem is I can’t get a proper erection without getting a blowjob or seeing my girlfriend naked. I can’t practice edging even if I watch porn, which I don’t do anymore because it makes me feel inadequate. With self stimulation I can only maintain a proper erection for a minute the most. It has put me in thought because I want to be able to clamp which requires a constant erection if I’m not wrong.That’s why I’m asking these questions, I wanna know if I jelq, will I be able to hold an erection without having to be stimulated by a woman? Will I be able to control my dick better?

Difficult to say. Porn overstimulates causing us to need more and more as time goes on. Eventually, this causes ED problems. Other things that cause ED are lack of sleep, stress, mood, age, physical fitness, food, etc. I also have trouble getting and maintaining erections without stimulation from my wife. I jelq but only achieve about 50 to 60% erections. The only way I can get it to 90% or above is if I actively engage my mind and think about my wife having an orgasm. This never happened when I was young. Now that I am past 40 I have this problem. Cialis fixes this issue for me but I don’t want to use these supplements on a day to basis so my next step is to purchase a Fleshlight. I’m hoping it will train my penis to feel sensations that have disappeared through the use of my own rough hands. We’ll see.

I have a question,

Once you’ve made gainz on length with jelqin, do you have to keep on doing it in order to keep the gains or otherwise you’ll lose them in case you decide to stop jelqin?
