Hello I’m finishing newbie routine (46 days), got last session. I wonder how to approach my new plan, my best bet would be to give myself 5 days free of PE and start once again with newbie routine but with longer streching exercises and maybe additional girth exercise, as far as jelqings are concrned I do not plan to go over 300 3 second jelqs.So far I’ve been doing as follows:
Went from 1-minute streching to 3 minute streching
Went from 100 wet jelqs to 300 wet jelqs
Always did the warmup before and after as most of my sessions took place in bath.*I’m happy with the gains I’ve got already. I believe there is still plenty room for gains without sophisticated exercises. What are your thoughts guys?

Why take a break after 46 days? You stopped gaining? Or is this general practise? I am at 49 days today, including the rest days…No gains…Should I take a break?
And I’m sorry I dont understand your list…when you say 3 sessions of 100 jelqs, do you mean 3 sessions in the day of 100 jelqs? thats 300jelqs…or do you split the sessions into 33 jelqs each? sorry I am confused.
