I just got a few black dots after my session this morning, maybe the bath I had was not as effective ( hot ) as the method I normally use. ( microwave rice sock or hot towel ).

I’m not sure whether to do my session tommorow, or wait for the dots to subside…I just had a 2 day break, so I really dont want to take too many breaks. Is it an injury worth taking a days break for?

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

The dots had dissapeared so I continued with my routine.
I have switched to doing 30 seconds stretches per direction, for a total of 10 minutes. I wonder if I should take abreak from stretching, as I may have been over doing it previously…I am now stretching lighter, mostly because it hurts just behind my glans, if I cant get a good grip. I use rubber gloves but I cant always get nice grip…My glands ( the back of it, where the stretch pulls) feels sore every time I stretch (not throughout the day )

Now gone over 4 months, cant see much change yet. I hope to see some changes when I get to my next break, say in 1 or two months.

I am wondering whether I should stop stretching completley, as I find it allways results in pain around the edge of my glans, and it just doesnt feel too good….as if I am de-sensitivising my glans bit my bit…Can I still gain length with just wet jelqing routine? It seems like stretching is included in everyones routine, but say I dropped it….? Or at least gave it a break, then came back to it alot lighter? I include some dry jelqs now.

Wet jelqing could be providing length gains too. Dry jelqing will focus on girth.

I struggled to stay consistent on manual stretches, never liked them. My problem was different tho, I used to get erect while stretching.

I don’t stretch anymore, replaced to flaccid bends (gives a good initial stretch, but I’m trying to boost girth with it).

Try using a square of toilet paper to enhance grip; place the toilet paper on your hand or around your glans, place your glans in your palm and you thumb and index finger where they naturally fall on your shaft, a little below the glans. Use the thumb and index finger for the main grip, with the palm just firmly holding rather than really gripping the glans. Hopefully that will stop the pain around the edges of your glans. Even if you reduce the amount of stretching, try to include some.

Thank you Firegoat but that is exactly how I am doing them…I will try to include them but just less. My only “worry” is that I have probably conditinned the penis to a certain amount of stretching, ( force, frequency and duration ) and so reducing the amount might not be at all benefitial. Maybe a break with no stretching first?

Also, I have been getting red dots quite frequently the past few weeks. ( they go purpleish/black throughout the next few hours, then fade away by 2 days ) Since I have experianced them before, I know they are pretty harmless, and so I tend to think that its a good sign, as I if I have pushed the penis to a new limit…On the other hand, its still my body telling me to go easy? What should I really think of them? Yesterday I got about 5 of them, the biggest about 5mm in diameter on a flaccid penis. They tend to always be of the same area of the penis, meaning thats probably the area I am using most force. ( the webbing between my thumb and index finger ).

I just found some scales which seemed to be very practical for measuring the force I use for stretching ( allthough it is hard to say because I dont feel the pain in my glans when I just pull on the scales with my hand ) seems like I was using between 3 and 4 kg of force ( 6.6 to 8.8 pounds ). Does that seem OK?

Firegoat, do you think that your firegoat rolls would help with red dots as well as discolouration? As you once mentionned doing them at any point of the day ( ex going for a pee ) that suggests that you dont nessessarely need to warm up?

I have decided to take a small break. The dots have faded but are still visible today. ( 2 days later ) If I continue my routine today, I’m pretty sure those dots will come back in the exact same places. Thats why I think a break could be good. So as to wait until they really subside.

I was back to 150 jelqs + 40 dry jelqs, so shame to take a break at this time really. Do you think I am being to carefull? Also EQ ( and erection frequency ) are not to good at the moment, and my unit seems often abit shrunk up when flaccid….a sign that I might be over doing it….

so decrease the intensity or take a break? is the question

Changes in intensity, at this point, could lead to nowhere and you will end up stuck from where you left off. Take a short break is surely to have things better.

5mm is a big red dot. A break would be a good idea. firegoat rolls do help a bit with red dots. You don’t need to warm up before doing them, but it’s a good idea to do a few light jelqs first as they work best with a semi-erection.

5 days break so far, and EQ is alot better….I will probably take another 2 days off, then start my routine again, say I start back on 60 jelqs, adding 10 every session….
