Thank you Firegoat but that is exactly how I am doing them…I will try to include them but just less. My only “worry” is that I have probably conditinned the penis to a certain amount of stretching, ( force, frequency and duration ) and so reducing the amount might not be at all benefitial. Maybe a break with no stretching first?

Also, I have been getting red dots quite frequently the past few weeks. ( they go purpleish/black throughout the next few hours, then fade away by 2 days ) Since I have experianced them before, I know they are pretty harmless, and so I tend to think that its a good sign, as I if I have pushed the penis to a new limit…On the other hand, its still my body telling me to go easy? What should I really think of them? Yesterday I got about 5 of them, the biggest about 5mm in diameter on a flaccid penis. They tend to always be of the same area of the penis, meaning thats probably the area I am using most force. ( the webbing between my thumb and index finger ).

I just found some scales which seemed to be very practical for measuring the force I use for stretching ( allthough it is hard to say because I dont feel the pain in my glans when I just pull on the scales with my hand ) seems like I was using between 3 and 4 kg of force ( 6.6 to 8.8 pounds ). Does that seem OK?
