Edit: I just woke up so I actually explained the grip for stretching, anyway it is a good read so I will leave it so you can take a look.
Regarding the jelqing grip it is simple OK grip or overhand OK grip. Whatever you find most comfortable to push the blood from the base of your shaft up to the glans, with time you will master and see what works best for yourself.

Regarding the stretching grip, you can use the standard grip described in the video section, but I would recommend trying and eventually mastering this grip (click me).

Once you get comfortable with it you will find how easy and better stretch you can get.

Ok, thank pal’.

Anyway, today is been a month since I started the PE (excluding 3 previous weeks of air pump with bathmate), and when I started this training I decided to measure my penis every month to see if there is any gain.
I have to say that when I saw this forum I was very skeptical about the PE, and I thought the various gains that people got were just a matter of normal growth (who was in puberty) or someone that who didn’t measure it well previous.

So I take my school ruler, and measuring tape for being sure. I will talk about cm, sorry guys. :P
Before PE, at bone pressed I was around 15 cm, I never measured perfectly. But to me it seemed almost 15, so even under that. Today I measured, I checked 3 times, and I was over 16 (16.4).
I could not believe it. But I didn’t cry out for a miracle; probably before PE I didn’t measure it well enough, or maybe today I had an erection close to the orgasm, that it makes the penis a little bit bigger. But anyway I would not exclude an improvement of a few mm, never before it seemed to be over 15. And now 16.
I will check back as soon as possible and maybe I will open a thread with my pics. Among other things, my penis is a little bit ‘bent to the left, perhaps by solving the curvature I could also gain a little more.

Just started this routine two days ago (first serious PE), and I have a few questions :
1. I did a half-assed attempt at PE a year back and for some reason I remembered it and started stretching again a month ago (10-15 sec in each direction after a hot shower) should I drop stretching altogether or stick with it, or perhaps increase stretch time to 30 s ?

2. Do you recommend pumping, clamping or anything else to be used in conjunction with this routine ?

3. I keep reading in PE pain = no gain, but during and after my first and second workouts I experienced ~15 mins of very slight pain and discomfort, similar to the one you feel after rough sex, so I am wondering weather I am applying too much pressure during jelqs, being over-dramatic / oversensitive, or it is just normal to feel some pain/discomfort.

4. Is there anything I can do to target flaccid size, or does it just come naturally along with erect gains ?

Thanks in advance.

Hello all,

Thank you so very much for all these posts, and this one in particular as I am just getting started.

I am a little unclear about this particular instruction. Does this mean putting an OK grip at the base, and at the top close to the gland, tightening both grips, and stretching the shaft (pulling each grip away from each other)?

Are there any exercises you can recommend for enlarging the head safely?

Thank you!

I have interrupted my routine for a couple of months.

First for healt problems, then ‘cause I had a girl but I couldn’t get hard, and I thought the routine was the problem.

Well, the girl is gone (not cause i can’t get hard), I just re-started the routine, and still virgin. uff

Have I done too much already?

Hello, I discovered Jelqing a few weeks ago and started before I was fully aware of its use for PE. I was roughly following Mantak Chias Instruction of 300 jelqs which I do in 9 directions ( I do 60 straight out) this is interspersed with slapping the leg 50 times every 90. After reading here over the last week I now make sure to do the full warm up and have introduced the break after every 2 days. However this is the first thread where I have read that apart from injury if I do too much too soon I risk losing the chance at early gains.

How much is too much? :) I will take a break for a few days now and then start up again following the linear newbie routine, I presume this is the best chance I have to try to capitalize on those sweet early gains. How long should I make the break before starting up again?

Thanks

Thanks alot for this routine!

I’ve just (re)started my journey and find many other starter routine time consuming and intimidating, I’ve previously developed ED from them and that has put me off PE in the past. This routine is simple, practical and offers a great way to cement the habit.

I will condition my penis with routine for two months and will report back.

Began two weeks ago, but I modified the routine a bit with 25 stretches and then added another 10 one week in. I also do the warm up for 10-15 minutes. So far I have all the positive physiological indicators and I’ve seen a length gain of about a quarter of an inch and an eighth of an inch of girth. My plan is to work my way up slowly for six months and then begin doing the girth exercises.

When my girlfriend sucked me off yesterday she said ”it’s so thick” which feels like a good start. I know that these are beginner gains, but still! Just gonna keep up to make sure that they’ll last.

I will start doing this and see how it goes :)

Went from 6.3 BPEL & 5.5 MSEG to 6.81 BPEL & 5.89 MSEG in a month using this routine. It worked like a charm for me :)

Beginner Question for Thread OwnerOthers

Hey All! Thanks for all the info. I have done some inconsistent PE and as of today I am starting back up with this Linear Beginner Routine and plan on sticking with it for 3-6 months to see what results I may get.

I do have two questions though, can I do TWO sessions in a day? Or would you discourage that completely?

Do you subscribe to the idea that I should stretch somehow so as my member is healing it is healing in that stretched state? Or again, should I not worry or think about that until I’ve completed 3-6 months of this linear routine, starting low and slow and building up gradually with patience.

I am a total believer in NOT going hard in the beginning. I want to do this right and get results.

In the beginning I would stick with one session per training day on a 1:1 (on: off) PE schedule. Two or more sessions per day requires quite a conditioning.

This routine doesn’t recommend that you do any stretches on the first two weeks. For some odd reason, stretching that early could temporarily push someone’s EQ down.

Makes much more sense start this journey with a less is more approach. There is plenty of time to experiment in the future.

Thanks Lenny I appreciate your feedback!

I won’t be doing any stretching for the first 2-3 weeks.
So you recommend back and forth on and off, not the 2 days on 1 day off schedule?

Unfortunately I did stretch my first day back yesterday.
Today I just did warm up, 20x jelq, warm down & massage.

Only thing I haven’t decided yet is if I do a rotating on and off schedule or 2 days on 1 days off.

Kick off with 1 on by 1 off to see how it feels and how your penis will respond.

Remember that the first 4 to 6 months are reserved to get conditioning.

Thanks Lenny! Again, I appreciate your quick response and feedback.

I will stick with 1:1 — 1 ON, 1 OFF and like that for first 30 days at least.
I’ve focused on doing Jelqing properly and this time around I’ve noticed that my penis feels good, not overworked or anything negative. I’ll keep being mindful of that.

I’m glad I’ve started to engage and ask questions.
When I first started reading about all this and experimenting with exercises I definitely went too hard in the beginning (around a year ago) and I remember my penis feeling tight and recoiling.. Not good. I was definitely stretching too hard (when I shouldn’t have been stretching at all) and the quality of my jelqs were not good. This lead me to give up within 30 days. But, you have to start somewhere and I learned from that experience that the quality and easing into it is the most important thing to focus on in the beginning.

Now I am back with a clearer mind and understanding of how to get into this journey and achieve results.
I hope any other newbies reading this really take into account how important it is to not overdo it in the beginning and go through the proper conditioning period, to start low and slow.

I’m very thankful for this forum and its users — the sharing of information, how engaged and encouraging everyone seems to be.

I’m patiently looking forward to any progress I may gain in the first 4-6 months

Cheers!
