New routine for length and girth

I have an New routine for length and girth.. I been doing this for 7 days a week for 2 weeks.
My Length was an (6”1/2) Now to an ( 8”1/2) you must Try!!
1St I start by doing jelqing stroke 10x.. (5 each hand) than when finish.. Hold the stretching position for 10sec to your stomach,
Than do that same thing but switch the stretching position to your Left side, Then Downward, and Right Side.. After that do an circular motion 10x..
So doing jelqing stroke 10x .hold the stretching position for 10sec upward
So doing jelqing stroke 10x .hold the stretching position for 10sec Left Side
So doing jelqing stroke 10x .hold the stretching position for 10sec Downward
So doing jelqing stroke 10x .hold the stretching position for 10sec Right side
So doing jelqing stroke 10x .hold the stretching position for 10 circular motion
Now go down the Number ( For example )
So doing jelqing stroke 9x .hold the stretching position for 9sec upward
So doing jelqing stroke 9x .hold the stretching position for 9sec Left Side
So doing jelqing stroke 9x .hold the stretching position for 9sec Downward
So doing jelqing stroke 9x .hold the stretching position for 9sec Right side
So doing jelqing stroke 9x .hold the stretching position for 9 circular motion
So doing jelqing stroke 8x .hold the stretching position for 8sec upward
So doing jelqing stroke 8x .hold the stretching position for 8sec Left Side
So doing jelqing stroke 8x .hold the stretching position for 8sec Downward
So doing jelqing stroke 8x .hold the stretching position for 8sec Right side
So doing jelqing stroke 8x .hold the stretching position for 8 circular motion
To you down to (Zero).Now all of this Is 1 Set Do 5 Set A day.. You can do it any time of the day. But when done with any set Make sure you do an warm down
