New routine I have been 7 months

The routine I plan to get on is this:

-warming from 5 to 10 minutes
-Stretch 30 seconds for the 5 sides for 4 ceries in total
-Assisted stretching with the help of 1/2 bar or pvc tube for 30 seconds for 2 ceries
- The stretch in A (inverted V) is where you stretch and pass your hand underneath, the video says that the tunic works more, I would stretch it for 1 minute for 2 ceries.
- jelquing for 3 to 4 seconds for about 10 minutes aria between 120 or 150 but well done
- hot water and cold water at the end (not sure what that combination is for) ceria 3 to 5 minutes of hot water and 30 seconds of cold water, and at the end move the penis or give small blows like slaps from left to right for 1 minute to activate circulation caused by cold water.

what I want to win for now is the length.
Could add ADS for a few minutes or hours. thanks
