New routine too much?
Hi! I would like it some veteran here could evaluate this routine to know is it to much and how should I change it.
10 minutes warm up with rice sock
5 minutes stretching
10 minutes semi-erect jelqing
2 sets of 10 minutes high pressure bathmate pump
10 minutes massage
20 minutes low pressure bathmate pump
Also after that I do 3 set of 5 minutes clamping but only 1 day on/1 day off.
I’m doing this routine 6 days on/ 1 off
I have been doing PE for a year now.
Sorry for my english, this is not my principle language.
