"new" stretch technique

Hi used to see this forum years ago, but never took it seriously and after a while I quit and I’ve been doing pe on and off for a long time by myself, but now I’ve come back again to fulfill my destiny :D

But anyways I think I’ve come up with a “new” technique, I’m not sure if anyone else does it, but everytime I do it I get these “lig” pops, although recently I’ve been having blood coming from my urethrea or whats it called.

I think it’s a really good stretch if you want to get these lig pops.

What you do is that you hold your penis with a “ok grip” or any other grip and then you grab your hand with your other hand for extra support.

After that you drag it for example downwards, and kinda lean your hand against the side of a leg a bit for friction for some extra support, and then you bend over, like put your ass back abit, without moving your hands. Like pout your ass out backwards, and after I get this lig pop I finally feel the real stretches but anyways I’m not sure how good this method is just wanted to let you know, and if someone wants to try it, but I’m gonna do them among with dryjelqs and Ulis, and during this summer ill try to keep you updated and post like once every second week, and I’m gonna start PE in about 3 days, after I hope my blood dripping has healed.

If blod is dripping from your dick, it should tell you that whatever you are doing is bad. PE is supposed to make your dick bigger. You are NOT supposed to break it.

You lost me as soon as you mentioned blood castronomi… :) I’ve had a couple lig pops actually and maybe they are not so great? Be careful dude, and don’t overtrain, that’s a sure fire way to injure Mr. Penis.

Hmm yes I might have overdone it, but that was when I didnt have any resting days and I only stretched, and really hard.

But from now on it’s milder stretches and more jelqs for me, but don’t be discouraged by my blood, I really believe that my stretch is good, but it’s not like I’m really bleeding, it’s more like some blod drips that have occured, and now I’ve rested for a week or so, and am ready to begin my newbieroutine.

And if “Lig pops” are any good? Idk for sure but it’s just that when I started stretching like 2 years ago, I didnt get them and I didnt really feel a good stretch, and then one day I really pulled hard and I got these “Lig pops”, and I started to feel sore for the first time. But I never been able to maintain a good workout, only like for a couple of weeks and then stopping, and then maybe for a month, and then stopping, so idk if I’ve gained so much, maybe half a centimeter at most.

Anyways, I must say that this forum has really changed dramatically since I last was here years ago, and when I first was here there werent many people, so I kinda felt like this was bogus and the people too, or maybe people stretched the truth when they said what theyd gained, but now I truly believe it in my heart that this page have real people :D and that probably most gainers are telling the truth, and I’m really happy about it!

A hard stretch isnt necessary in my opinion, a medium/gentle stretch is enough.

Hehe yea I havent measured it cause I don’t have a what you call them measuring tapes, I only have a ruler :D but ill guess ill just use a thread or something and measure that, but not until tomorrow or maybe tuesday, I think I’ve rested far enough by then.

And I really like your donation thing, I’m gonna do a similar setup, I really think that for someone to have put up a forum like this without thinking about themself is a really really nice person.and should atleast get sponsorship for the page to continue to grow, but not until I’ve gained though :P

I think the lig pops are good, but the bleeding is probably not. I sometimes bleed a couple of drops of blood if I overdo hanging or clamping, especially if I haven’t hung for a few days and I start the first set with 25 lbs. There have been a lot of posts on this. It doesn’t seem real serious, usually a couple of drops then it stops, but it is definitely a sign to back off a little even for vets, but for someone that has not properly conditioned themselves for aggressive workouts, it is a sure sign to take it easy.

castronom: welcome back to Thunders. Doing manual stretches using your leg as a fulcrum is pretty intense. It is easy to underestimate your strength. It is much safer to hang weights, so you know exactly how much force is being applied. You might be surprised just how much force can be applied this way. If you don’t believe me, use a fish scale. You can buy them for less than five bucks in any sporting good store. It is very easy to pull thirty to forty pounds with just your arms, using you legs will increase this force a considerable amount I wish you luck, but I hope your next post is not in the injuries/treatments forum.

That’s the problem I run into sometimes with stretching, I tyr to reach fatigue around the lig area at the base of the penis and I sometimes end up overtraining by accident because I pull a little too hard for too long. I probaly need more rest time between sessions… I have made some nice gains so far though.

Unfourtently my gains have dried up length wise recently so now I’m thinking I might have hit a plateau and now it’s time for hanging and am preparing for that as of now. Can’t wait! :)

Thanks for the encouraging words, I really hope to gain alot, and I’m really looking forward to hanging, but I guess I’m gonna go for the newbie routine by now and maybe start hanging in about some months maybe after the summer, and yes maybe I’m stretching abit too hard.hmm maybe ill just do ordinary stretches, and later when I’m more used to this routine use my leg as support.

And thanks for the tip, yes I’m probably gonna read through all the forums except the spanish ones because I don’t know any spanish :S, but I love them funny stories about how people gained and how their gf or wifes all got happy :D

Yeah, reading, reading and more reading is the way to go, maybe I’m obsessed, but I read through these forums nearly everyday, replying to posts, and taking all the information onboard. You can never learn enough, you can always learn more.

Very true slack, I love PE! :)

I understand what this guy is doing but its not very useful for me since i have foreskin and I can’t seem to hold grip. It’s not as good as the other stretches though.
