Hi all.
I have recently purchased a DP4000 from CTC company but I’m not able to get in touch with them to confirm they are sending it. Have been trying for a while now.
Does anyone know if there are any problems with that company?
I’m worried they have charged me and gone out of business or something.

Yeah strange. I have emailed and called. Email no reply and answer phone when I call. Been about a week now and no communication.
I had questions and on April 2and I was able to have a conversation with Chris over email before I ordered it so they definitely still are alive lol.
That said I haven’t gotten an email with a tracking number yet either so now I’m worried too. I’ll email them and see what’s up, maybe you should do the same ?

No need to worry, I’ve experienced a delay in shipping out my order. So you are ok as long as he provides a tracking info within 2 weeks. So I would just send an email to follow up.
