New to PE Looking for routine
Hi everyone,
I have been reading a few of the threads here but am still unsure of alot of things you are all talking about So i thought i would tell you a little about myself in hopes that someone could give me some directions in where to start and what type of routine would best suit me
I am 24 y/old
white caucasion
6’2”
259 lbs
6” length
5 3/4” girth
I am a smoker and drinks alot of cafinated beverages and do very little for excercise other than the occasional situp or swimming my goals are to lose 60 lbs quit smoking and gain 2” length and 1” girth.
I am still a little unsure how to do a proper jelg and I am unsure how to perform keigels if anyone could help me out here I would greatly appreciate it. Also for those of you who have made gains of two inches how long did it take you? and what is your currect regimine?
