Hope this has been posted in the proper Thread?
I have been doing my research and it seems there are just a basic number of things done to improve our tackle. I know there are variations on all of what I outline below, but I am trying to get a good understanding of how all this works. I need a broad outline of what is to be done. From there I can then figure out how each variation or modification to each exercise fits into the scheme of things.
Sure would appreciated some comments and suggestions.
But I am sold. Blood flow is life: I exercise every part of my body except my penis and definitely not my goolies; everything from my scalp and hair to the fine motor control exercises for my feet. I just never thought of doing Cramer and the boys? Go figure. Now I’m up to it, or will be in short while.
So, here is what I have learnt already, the basic ways to work one’s tackle. Have I got the general outline correct?
I: Whole Unit (Skin, Penis & Testicles)
A Warm-ups/-downs, relaxing, preparation
1: Warmth
2: Movement: Helicopters, massage, gentle pulling
II: Penis
B: Two types of muscle exercising:
1. Muscle Squeezing: Kegels - piss stoppers, Tugs
2. Muscle Pushers: Anti-Kegels - sh*t movers. Openers.
C: Expansion work
1 Lig work:
A) Pulling and Pull Stretching: Up and down the clock & around the clock: affects length
B) incorporation of weights
C) incorporation of elastic stretching
2 Jelq work (variations): Expanding Tunica (CCs & CS) affects length, girth & glans gains
3 Squeeze Work: Expanding Tunica (CCs & CS) affects length, girth, Glans size gains: (Similar to Jelqing?)
4. Pumping: expanding CC & CS - may or may not affect permanent gains
III: Foreskin & Glans
D 1. Restorative stretching
A) weights
B) elastic
C) mechanical
2. Sensitizing circumcised glans
A) Vaseline
B) latex glans cover
IV: Testicles & all
E: Improve General Health, Size, Sperm amount
1 Light Tugging on Testis
2 Light Squeezing of testis
3 Massaging of Vas deferens
V: Ball Sack
F Improve hanging
1) Tugging on Skin & Testicles
I would suggest two more issues that I haven’t looked for yet due to time lack.
VI Urination Strength & Bladder Control, Health
G Health & Strength (Thunder Pissing)
1. Diet
2: Muscle Squeezing: Kegeling: Stop & Start
2: Muscle Pushing: Anti-Kegel exercises
3: Muscle Pushing: Bladder Pushing of stream
4: Muscles Squeezing Bladder: Stomach muscles on Bladder
VII Prostate
H Health, Texture, Strength
1 Exercises:
A) Kegel,
B) Anti-Kegel
2 Massage: Self? GF/other, Vibration, warm enemas?
