Hi All,
I recently stumbled across this website and it seems to be what I have been looking for a while. I have trouble commuting to these sorts of thing because they are very time consuming but now I have all the information I need. My question for everyone is first, Should my penis look any different right after my excersize . Second, how do you guys prevent erections when doing your stretches or can you do stretches while erect. And lastly what would be the quickest way to gain length so I can get hooked.

Your penis will learn the difference between play time and work. Erase the notion of anti thing about PE being quick.

You don’t go from bench pressing 100 lbs to 300 lbs quickly.

Everyone is different, but I have found that after doing manual stretches, I tend to turtle up and retract deeply. After using my traction device for an extended period, I tend to hang longer for a couple hours. I think it’s a bit different for everyone.

Don’t worry about the fastest way, work on the safest way. Most of the injuries guys suffer stem from over-enthusiasm. Work on the newbie routine for a few months to get your tissues conditioned to the kind of stress you’ll have to put them under to see gains. That should also give you a good grasp of how your body will react, and how to gauge your limits. Lastly, don’t skip on rest days, to give yourself time to recover.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn’t have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft . When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.

Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.
