Hey everyone, so I have PE’d a few times off and on over the past few years but never really stuck with it. Now that it’s summer and I have more free time (I’m 19) I am going to give it a shot over the next 3 months. I have been doing it for the last week with the following routine:

5 minute wrap
0-bends—- up, down, left right— doing this in the lower, mid, and upper portion, then repeating. Holding each for 30 seconds.
50 jelqs at about 5 seconds each.
5 minute wrap

Any suggestions for the routine? I know it might be a bit much to start at O-bends, but I feel like they really do something. Sometimes I throw in stretching at the end. I do up, down, left, right each 10 times, with 5 second holds. I kind of threw this routine together so if anyone has any opinions against it, I can easily change it.

Also, is it normal to be somewhat sore after a routine? I mean, it’s not unbearable or anything by any means, but it does feel a bit sore.

As a newbie, you don’t need to be working at a level that will make you sore. That suggests you are doing far too much, too soon. That will result in conditioning your penis too fast, which will make it harder to get gains in the long run.

Leave the O bends for a few months and take the girth gains from the jelqing. You can add the O bends in when you start to get more conditioned and need something a bit ‘stronger’.

Concentrate more on the stretching, and try to make each stretch at least 30 seconds. Stretch only to a level where you feel you can ‘relax’ into the stretch.
