New type of PE routine, can you evaluate it?

- I created a personalized routine for myself, I’ve already made some gains, I was thinking about a more practical PE routine (due to the service, etc.), and I consider it "advanced", which would be the following, what do you think:
- Morning -> 5 Minutes of Dry Jelquing, 25 Minutes of Vacuum Pumping, medium intensity in the first 20 minutes and in the last 5 highs.
- Part of the Night -> 5 Minutes of Stretching, 5 hours using a penis extender.(I’m thinking about starting clamping, 2 sets of 10 minutes every night after using an extender too).
Is this routine better than my old one?? My old routine was something like: 5 minutes of warmup, 10 minutes of manual stretching, 20 minutes of jelquing (Ok grip and Overhand grip), 5 minutes of warmdown.
I do that routine because it’s the one I was able to best adapt to my work schedule, including because of its practicality.
