New type of PE routine, can you evaluate it?

- Hello everyone on the forum, good evening, how are you?

- I created a personalized routine for myself, I’ve already made some gains, I was thinking about a more practical PE routine (due to the service, etc.), and I consider it "advanced", which would be the following, what do you think:

- Morning -> 5 Minutes of Dry Jelquing, 25 Minutes of Vacuum Pumping, medium intensity in the first 20 minutes and in the last 5 highs.
- Part of the Night -> 5 Minutes of Stretching, 5 hours using a penis extender.(I’m thinking about starting clamping, 2 sets of 10 minutes every night after using an extender too).

Is this routine better than my old one?? My old routine was something like: 5 minutes of warmup, 10 minutes of manual stretching, 20 minutes of jelquing (Ok grip and Overhand grip), 5 minutes of warmdown.

I do that routine because it’s the one I was able to best adapt to my work schedule, including because of its practicality.

Hello, good afternoon, partially, I don’t move at all in my sleep, I’m very careful, however, I do it the following way: I start using the extender 2 hours before bed, I give it a 20 minute break, and after that, I use it for an average of 3 hours/ 3 hours and 15 generally, I set an alarm just to remove it, and then I go back to sleep normally, and regarding clamping, I thought it would be better to do 2 sets of 10 after the vacuum pumping session, it´s sound better

There is a rule in here that advises against working out while you sleep. The thing is, you have no control over your penis during the night, even if you don’t move. For example, have you ever found the extender detached from your penis because of nocturnal erections?

Hi ImNormo, sorry for the delay, I can only respond around this time hehehe, however, yes I was aware of the warning, however, I have never had any problem of this type related to erection, however, if there were, the biggest risk would just be that the extender would escape , and I generally use it while sleeping on days that I can’t use it during the night when I’m awake, let’s say that 70% of the time I’m awake, and the other 30% in emergencies when I sleep, as I start using the extender, around a 8 at night, and I stay awake until 1:30 in the morning, then I remove the extender and go to sleep, because I can’t use it during the day, as I work in a gym, and it’s a bit complicated.

Has it ever happened to you to wake up and find the extender detached while you were sleeping? I understand your daily needs and the difficulty of training during the day, but training at night isn’t the best choice. However, if you still decide to do it, make sure to use controlled tensions!

It never happened that the extender disconnected while I was "dozing", and yes, I use conventional tension, about the same size as the erect organ, it doesn’t cause me any type of discomfort, even though I sleep on my back, etc… Unfortunately (or fortunately) ) I will have to continue with this same training scheme, as it is really time that "gives", but I really like the results it is giving, if any complications occur, I would take a break and resume if necessary

It’s really great that it doesn’t come off during the night!

Anyway, the extender is one of the tools that has delivered the best results, especially for beginners. The only downside is that it requires several hours of daily use before visible results can be achieved. Additionally, the gains are mostly noticeable in flaccid length rather than in erection.

That said, it still remains an excellent method for passive training. May I ask which type of extender you are using?

Hello good afternoon, sorry for the delay, so I had good gains in flaccid and erect states too, in the product manual it also says that the gains are "solid", both in flaccidity and erection, I am using a model called "Peneflex Power "that was a recommendation, and really, it is a great and reinforcing product, I have never had any problems with it since purchase/comfort/use, and as an "intermediate" PE practitioner, I believe that the gains are being relatively better For both flaccidity/erection/thickness-girth, do the basic "warming-stretching-jelquing-warming" routine, I even believe that the results are better overall, mainly due to the time and intensity of use.
