Okay, I’ve been going at this for two months now and am seeing noticeable results. The one thing I have to say about your routine is you may want to ramp it up a bit. It seems a little light and you may not be seeing any results because of this. Not to say you are not giving your penis a workout, but with the lighter routine you offered here it may take more time to see the results.
What you are doing is less than what I started with on the standard newbie routine. First, watch the videos on the different stretches. There are more than just four stretches, one in each direction. Learn the stretches and set a patterned routine. Your time frame on this should be 5 minutes. Too much stretching, can also hinder results. So stick with just 5 minutes. Secondly, I started with 200 wet jelqs, which lasts about 10 minutes or so. Make sure they are slow 3 second strokes. I believe if you up your jelqs, add more stretches, but lower your stretch time to these recommendations, you will be seeing results much quicker.
