Newbie gains after rest?
I have tried PE for about 4 months now and made some gains (from 7” to 7.5” BPEL and 4.8” to 5” EG and 5.5” flaccid BP) which is very pleasing but I am now beginning to loose the drive to continue. I was doing mainly 200 jelqs and various fulcrum stretches with the odd orange bends etc. Thrown in, 2on, 1off. I don’t seem seem to be getting any more gains (fixed at 8.2” BPFSL) and my unit just doesn’t feel particularly fatigued by anything any more. I tried with heating and without.
So, being a lazy sod, I am now wondering if I should have a break for a few months and maybe have another stint at a later date.
My question is:
Beyond recovery from some expected minor shrinkage, has anybody been getting *new* easy newbie gains overall, after a period of a few months rest?
Or are Newbie gains a one-off thing?
