Newbie gains exhausting. Should I switch routines ?
So far I have been doing good with my newbie gains, and keeping routines consistent.
I haven’t gained much this month but I also haven’t been doing a lot of jelqing either since I took the month off
Should I continue with the same exact routine by upping the intensity for the jelqing workout with more reps?
Was curious also about vacuum hanging since I noticed guys on here are talking about that a lot and I have messaged a few dudes who are doing that at the moment.
