When you have no gains, when should you switch routines

Hey fellow PE’rs. I just had a quick simple question I wanted to pose. I’ve been PEing now for about 3 months and haven’t seen maybe but the smallest gains in that time.

I know I’ve read countless people saying “don’t worry , it took me 6 months to start seeing my first gains and then they were quick, etc etc.”

What I want to know is, if something isn’t working, should I change what I’m doing? Do I do an easier / harder version of the noobie routine? Or is consistency key?

To be able to help you, we need you to tell us the routine you have been following. eg.
How many jelqs; amount of pressure applied etc. How often you PE-

That sort of information is necessary for us to try and locate the problem and help you.

What petitfaun said. Before switching the routine, you should first make sure you are doing it right. So post your routine (in detail) and let the advanced peeps review it.

Alright sorry about that let me list everything

I apply a medium grip to myself so it’s not something slithering through but it’s also not a vice grip.
My erection usually stays around 50%

I use a rice sock and warm up for about 10 minutes

Then I do some manual stretches by pulling out, right, left ,down holding for 30 second intervals 4 times each side. (I give 10 seconds of getting blood flow back after every tug)

I follow this by wet jelqing for 15 minutes which ends up being about 150-180 jelqs (take a break in the middle if needed so at 7 minutes take a minute break if I have to).

Then I warm down by doing the rice sock again for another 5 minutes.

Then I’m done.

If you need anymore info please let me know it’d be in my favor giving you anything I might’ve missed

Ok. Try this:

Warm up.

Stretch and hold for 2 mins for each direction (West, East, North and South) and add the quadrantal points too (NE, NW, SW and SE). So that is 16 mins stretching in total.

Take a ten mins break and warm up meanwhile and jelq for 15 mins (3 secs stroke each). Just do not count the jelqs but focus on the duration.

Warm up.

5 on 2 off.

Try this for a month. That is how I started real PE and gained my first inch in 4 months after toying with PE for a while.

Also focus on the PI’s too. If you are getting only positive PI’s while doing the above routine, there is no chance you won’t be gaining. But do slow down if you are getting even the slightest negative PI’s. Above routine is not tense at all given that you aren’t a total newbie anymore, however PI’s are your best friend with ANY routine.

Positive PI’s = Healthy penis and gains.
Negative PI’s = No gain, injury or even loss of size.

Thanks a bunch cyclope, I’ll give that a try I have it saved and tomorrow is when I start. I’ll be sure to let you know how I’m doing with it. If I’m not back in awhile I’m enjoying my new gains thanks a bunch
