Newbie gains over. What now
I started as 5.7” BPEL (beginning of January) and on May 1st, I was 6.6” BPEL. So it is almost 1 inch in about 5 months which is I am totally satisfied yet I am still 6.6” BPEL -no gains for a month! I mainly followed the newbie routine for the first 3 months:
10 mins warming
15-20 mins jelqing
5 mins warming
15 mins stretching to all sides
5-7 mins v-stretching
5 mins hanging with 6-7 pounds
5 day on 2 days off - mornings
Then added some Ulis and Sadsak Slinky’s to it (15-20 repeats everyday).
I mainly focus on length so what routine should I follow now since the newbie gains are over? Try hanging? Actually I’ve added a night session to my routine since a week (doing the exact same morning routine at nights) and I seem to gain a few millimetres or so but would that be enough? Should I stick to the double session routine for a month and see how it works or just add stuff instead of repeating the same routine twice? Thanks in advance for your feedback guys.
