Newbie hanger asking for guidance
Hey, guys. I’ve done manual PE exercises past 2 months and from 2 weeks I started hanging. I bought this size warrior hanger and started with 1kg / 2.3lbs hanging BTC. The first week was my learning curve I even had 2 small injuries(healed in a day or two) until I read this so useful comment - wrap loosely, tight strong. So I’ve been doing only like 2-3 x 15 min sets at the first week because of the poor hanger/wrapping adjustments. So this week after I figured out how to wrap properly it’s a whole different story. I’m no longer feeling stressed while hanging 1kg, I think its because of the healing(I skipped 3 days of the first week due to the injuries) and also because of the proper hanger/wrapping adjustment. So I have a couple of question in that matter. Currently I’m hanging 2.3 lbs for 1 hour a day and I’m not sure if I should add more weight or I should gradually increase the time until I hit 2 hours a day(my max free time).If adding only one set per week like I’ve read, I will need a whole month until I get to adding more weight. So this is my question should I add weight now - 1 lbs more - keeping the sets (4x 15 min) or I should stick with the 2.3 lbs and add sets until I hit 2 hours a day ?? Another question:
