Newbie hanger asking for guidance

Hey, guys. I’ve done manual PE exercises past 2 months and from 2 weeks I started hanging. I bought this size warrior hanger and started with 1kg / 2.3lbs hanging BTC. The first week was my learning curve I even had 2 small injuries(healed in a day or two) until I read this so useful comment - wrap loosely, tight strong. So I’ve been doing only like 2-3 x 15 min sets at the first week because of the poor hanger/wrapping adjustments. So this week after I figured out how to wrap properly it’s a whole different story. I’m no longer feeling stressed while hanging 1kg, I think its because of the healing(I skipped 3 days of the first week due to the injuries) and also because of the proper hanger/wrapping adjustment. So I have a couple of question in that matter. Currently I’m hanging 2.3 lbs for 1 hour a day and I’m not sure if I should add more weight or I should gradually increase the time until I hit 2 hours a day(my max free time).If adding only one set per week like I’ve read, I will need a whole month until I get to adding more weight. So this is my question should I add weight now - 1 lbs more - keeping the sets (4x 15 min) or I should stick with the 2.3 lbs and add sets until I hit 2 hours a day ?? Another question:

Hey guys, I don’t know how to or actually I think I’m unable to edit the post so just gonna reply.. I know that at some point your EQ drops due to a fatigue etc. But anyway.. In the end you’re able to have sex,? I mean your EQ might be lower but you will be able to get hard, right ? And one more thing - is there any difference about which angle you will choose to start with ? I started with BTC and I’m afraid that I might “get used to it” before I get to the heavier weights, does that makes any sense? And the last one.. Is there any difference at what intervals you will have you hanging routine, I mean should the sets be consecutive ? Thanks in advance !

Increase the time first, then the weight.

Yes you should always be able to get hard right afterward, even if the EQ is a little lower than normal. If you can’t, it’s a sign you’ve done too much. Stimulating a semi erection between sets to give your unit full circulation is a good practice.

Downward hanging is easier to get a good attachment, it will target the external shaft and ligs, and the CC’s more than the CS. Upward angle is difficult to get a good attachment, and will work the entire shaft, external and internal. The vast majority of hangers start with downward angles, and that’s what most of the instructional material is about, so it’s probably a good place to start. You don’t need to switch angles unless you are hanging several hours per day.

There is a cumulative effect when doing consecutive sets (with about 30 minutes or less between sets). So you will want to do them consecutively. If you get up to 6 sets per day, you could split them into separate sessions. For example, 3 sets in the morning, 3 sets in the evening. But you would not want to do 6 sets spread throughout the day with 2 hours between each set.

You can edit your posts for up to 10 minutes, I think.

Search through Bib’s old posts - makes for good reading while hanging. I think reading Bib while hanging actually increases your gains. :D

I was wondering have you ever used ADS along with the hanging ? I’ thinking about adding one to my routine.

So you had an injury already and now you want to add in an ADS.? Why?
Obviously your already doing too much so why would you do more?

Listen I can’t tell you what to do with your dick but I can tell you what I would do. Go back and read hanging 101 after you have a good idea on what hanging is and the risk and benefits and dedication it takes then start hanging again at a light weight for minimum time. As BD said you add time before weight but your getting way the hell ahead of yourself.

Hanging has a big learning curve, I’ve been hanging on and off for a year and I’m still learning. Your only gonna hurt yourself by not doing less. Some of us have tougher Dicks then others, there’s things I can do that some can’t. Calm down killer!!

This sizewarrior seems good for peopel who are uncut. It seems its easy to keep your skin back easily. Are you uncut?


When conguering a golddigger you need a large bank account, when conquering a dickdigger you need a large tool. When conquering a woman you need a minimum of three things: money, class and yes: dick size. Good news are, you can actually improve in all these three aspects.

Hey man, I appreciate your concerns, but I do have experience with PE and I have read a lot about it and the only reason I got those injuries was that my wrapping technique was bad so the hanger used to go right before my head.. And the injuries themselves were not bad more like a discomfort lasted a day both times.. This is no longer the case and I feel great, actually I feel those 2.3 lbs light so that’s why I was wondering if I should add more weight. Can you please share your routine like how many sets x how much time, what angle, do you have days off, what are you gains? Thanks anyway!

I have another question as well, is the pulling back the skin a MUST TO thing as I am uncut and pulling the skin and getting bare head is causing me discomfort when my head is touching the wrapping or something else, I don’t feel any discomfort and I think that actually the hanger grabs my internals.. So is it really necessary?

Well if you feel you’ve got it figured out then I would move up in time not weight. The same concept applies to hanging as to all PE, you want more time before intensity. The first weeks are the biggest part of the learning curve and if you can be patient and take that time to learn everything you need to you’ll be on your way to safe gains. I told another new hanger the same thing, take those first six weeks to get used to what your doing and add time then weight until your hanging about two hours a day.

I hang in spurts, I have a love hate relationship with hanging. I find it mind numbingly boring BUT I gain when I hang. A year ago I was doing an extreme routine that I don’t recommend and after about six weeeks I gained an 1/8 of an inch. The routine was-
Warm up
Clamp for 5 mins
Warm up always before each set
Hang 3x20 min sets
Clamp for 5
Hang 3x20 again
Every other day pump for 15-20 mins

My latest I scaled back on the hanging-
Warm up
Stretch using a clamp as an assist all directions 30 seconds each I believe this is an A stretch
Warm up always before each set
Hang 3x20
Clamp 10 and a mixed girth routine using clamping and a pump.
I had to stop hanging a few weeks ago due to time restraints and I’m not going back until after the holidays here in the US because I just don’t have the time. I should also say wrapping for everyone is different, for example I hate tband and use self adhesive tape instead, others feel the other way. Anything with PE is subjective you need to remember that. I wish you good luck!

How do you proceed rolling back and wrapping your foreskin, do you do it every set?

Hey, man. I don’t think that I can help you much as I’m beginner and I’m hanging only 2.1 lbs at the moment for 1 hour a day and I will keep adding sets until I reach 3hrs a day..
I’m not rolling back my foreskin because I read on many places that this could lead to injurie for the uncut guys, also when you roll it back all the way you’re getting slipped or getting your hanger right above your dick head which is not OK..
I guess that the truth is somewhere in the middle(pulling your skin back just a little) but I can’t tell this for sure as I’m beginner too, what I do is pulling my head towards and attaching the hanger near the base (I have 3-4 inches flaccid and with this hanger - sizewarrior that means that I’m attaching the hanger almost over my entire penis body), this way there’s no slipping, I’m hanging BTC and my skin is stretched at the base while doing it but I think that this is normal when hanging BTC, other than that I do feel the skin stretch but it’s not hurting me or whatever and when I do some other angle, I don’t feel skin stretch at all, so I guess that hanging with you foreskin over the glans is totally fine for the uncut guys, we’ll see how this will feel when I get hanging with heavier weights.

Yes, I wonder how that works with more weight.

I really think one should work on the internal penis. I assume part of the pull is taken by the skin. It might do the job. We’ll see in the future.
