Hey guys,

First off I’d like to say that this forum rocks and the members here seem real genuine and caring so thank you for all the good work!

My situation is this.. I started the newbie program this time last year for about 2 and a half months.. I gained a little (as you do) but then I stopped because I just got too busy.. Although I didn’t measure at the time, I think I lost whatever gains I got at that time..

I have decided to start the newbie routine again and it has been about a month now.. I’m an asian guy who currently stands at 5’5” length (pressed to the bone) and 5” girth.. I’m looking to add 1 inch to my length and 0.5 inch to my girth.. The numbers may sound low, but I would be more than happy to don them if possible.. (If I could get this by the end of the year, that will be awesome)

My current exercises stands at this:

5 min warm up (with rice sock)
10 thirty second stretches (up, down, left, right, straight)
20 min of wet jelq
5 min warm down

I do this two days on, one day off..

So, I was wondering if you guys had any advice as to my current regime? Should I add other exercises? Perhaps increase the durations? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated since I’m new to this game and I’m real excited and motivated to see this through this time.

Your routine looks great. I’d stick with it for the next two months or so, and measure only once a month. If you are seeing gains, you might consider just sticking with the newbie until your gains stop or you reach your goals. I’d say the newbie by itself has a good chance of taking you all the way through to your length goal, but it probably won’t get you to your girth goal.

If — as you get more conditioned — your gains slow or stop, I’d look at gradually adding more time, and maybe incorporating a few new stretches and exercises. Of course you will want to closely monitor your PIs as you move beyond the newbie routine.

Like you, I started with the newbie, but over time have added:

BTCs
JAIs
Ulis
an ADS
an anti-turtle wrap
simple bends (basically O-bends without an OK grip at the base, I couldn’t get O-bends to work for me)

To reach your girth goal you might eventually (after several months) try clamping, O-bends, etc. but I’d forget about that stuff for now.


God gave me: 4.75" BPEL / 5" EG

Currently: 6" BPEL / 5.25" EG

Goal: 7" BPEL / 5.75" EG

I have nothing to really add to that. It all looks good to me.

Just remember that consistency and dedication are more important than the actual routine, and that quality is more important than quantity, and you have it all sorted.

Looks good to me. The only thing I would suggest is to monitor your intensity of the exercises. Try to find an intensity that works well for your routine/days on/off. What I mean by this is, you don’t want to ‘overwork’ your unit to the point where it needs more than one day to heal if you’re going to work it out again the next day. This to me is redundant.

Apply enough intensity to get a simple ‘worked’ feeling of your dick where it’s ‘full’ and ‘plump’…don’t beat it up…it should heal/grow faster. Growth, after all, occurs during the healing phase. The more you workout your dick, the more time it will need to heal. Plus, I believe overworking your unit leads to a more conditioned unit quicker(your dick becoming accustomed to the exercises), with slower to nil gains…but that’s just my opinion :) .

I know it can be difficult to take it easy, especially when we’re first starting and craving for those gains to happen. But you’re just starting out. Take it easy, and listen to your dick. If you feel sore the next day, take a day off until it feels ok. It’s up to you.

That sounds fairly close to the Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine .

I would not recommend increasing your routine too quickly. Being excited and motivated are good things to keep you going, but things that can also tempt you to do too much too quickly. Keep in mind that PE is a marathon, not a sprint.

I would recommend that you read SparkyX’s thread Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth! and monitor your PIs. Along with measuring from time to time, that’s your best way to monitor whether your routine is working to your best advantage. Ironhammer is completely on target regarding using feedback to adjust your routine and your rest days.

Hey guys, it’s been two weeks into my last post.. I’m getting very small gains in length and girth (around 0.2 of an inch in length and girth).. I was wondering if it would be a good idea to add more stretches into my routine now.?

Perhaps the V-stretch, JAIs and the rotary stretch?

Also, I’ve been jelqing with an overhand ok grip.. Should I change to the underhand grip? Thanks.

That is a very good rate of gains. Don’t change anything until the gains stop or slow down to almost nothing.

The best jelqing grip is the one that feels like it is most effectively pushing the blood up the penis. I have always favoured an overhand grip, but experiment and see what works best for you.

Thanks for your response firegoat.. I was just wondering, how important are kegal exercises in terms of length gains? To be honest, I thought I could forgo the kegals, or just work the PC muscles while I’m urinating.

DO NOT kegel while urinating only! This runs the risk of you gaining an infection! Think what you are doing, backing urine up when it is trying to flow!

Kegels increase your muscle control and as far as I’m aware aid you ability to control ejaculation and the force by which you ejaculate, I don’t see it by itself can add length, only control.

That said, Kegels are an important part of the routines in my mind. OK, so you have your 8x6 unit, if you cum in a flash what good is it? LOL :) .

Being able to delay and control ejaculation will and is an important part of being rated in the bedroom department. And you can kegel anywhere without people knowing!

Ok I will.. I think I read somewhere here that without kegals, you will only gain flaccid length and not erected length so I guess I better do it..
