Hey everyone,

I am a 23 year old guy who is 5’10”, 164 lbs, and am glad to be trying to become part of the community here. I first heard of PE/jelqing/thundersplace about a year ago and was very discouraged with everything about it because of my weight/fat pad.

During this time (one year ago) I was around 4 inches NBPEL, and had a 4.75 MSEG. I am 5’10”, weighed around 230 lbs then, had bad cholesterol, somehow had good blood pressure, a fat pad that could have fed a starving family and have since changed my diet/workout routine completely. In the past year I have lost close to 70 lbs and have since stopped taking the prednisone I was on. Granted I am living with an inflammation issue and have been since 2007 that the doctors called Lupus (yeah, I know, House MD, Ha) that caused me to have a pericardial window in my heart lining at 18 years old. I still take an assortment of medications and supplements that potentially can cause issues and help EQ (plaquenil, vitamin D, b12, vitamin C, endomethacin, pain meds). Now that I have lost weight, I have gained close to an inch of penis that was in my fat pad, I am 5 inches erect non bone pressed (5.9 BPEL) and also 5.25 MSEG now (more after completing a days routine). I don’t know why my girth has grown but it could have to do with the fact I have always edged throughout my life while masturbating and did it quite a bit the past year, or a change in hormones/testosterone since I have lost weight/gotten my health issues under control. I have a 1.75 inch tube coming in the mail, and a pump, I am going to wait until I feel my penis could handle it before starting the pumping. I have been doing a good amount of reading about pumping, and know that it is potentially dangerous. I plan on trying to help myself out down there, not hurt myself so If I begin to notice bad PI’s when I begin pumping in a month or two, I will stop. I have had very good PI’s including better hang, warm, lots of blood flowing, no pullback after stretching from the routine of warming up, stretching, jelqs, and warming down. It is a question of how much success I hope. I am going for over 7 BPEL, being at 5.9 right now I figure its very possible if I stay with it.

Wow, I’m more impressed with the lifestyle change than anything. Congrats on losing the weight my friend, hope your PE goes just as well!

Hey RegularAR! I’m also 23, 5’10”, and also just started the newbie routine this week, but I’m on day 2. I’m at 185 lb currently, but working toward 170, as my girlfriend and I have challenged each other to lose 15 lb. In addition to improving my overall health and fitness, I decided I want to giver her with more of something else too. I’ve also started dosing with L-Arginine, but I need to get a source other than 500 mg capsules from the grocery store if I’m going to continue with it.

Has your EQ been through the roof since you started? Mine sure has, I think it’s the perfect storm of a better-looking flaccid hang, the health benefits of jelqing, and a long-distance girlfriend that’s onboard and excited about what I’m doing. I had trouble keeping it down this morning when I told her I was about to begin my workout and she couldn’t stop telling me how wet she was just thinking about me growing for her. I want to go commando and show off the fruit of my labor, but she keeps me so excited that I leak precum. Screw it, I’m doing it anyway.

I have noticed an increased hang and EQ most definitely definitely even though it has only been 4 days. I hope you are successful with your weight loss as I have noticed a change in the way I feel as a person with the increased confidence confidence and loss quite a bit of fat pad. I lost weight mainly from removing anything shitty going in body, and strictly eating tons of beans, broccoli, tomatoes, alvarado street bread only natural ingredients, dark leafy greens, spinach with oil dressings, shit ton of water, stay away from starches, and get past the few weeks of craving sugar like you have some sort of primal urge to consume a spoonful of it. If you follow this, be ready to fart, quite a bit. Ha. Also you should talk to your doctor about the possibility of needing to take vitamin D and B12. It is the most common thing that is low that could drastically change the way you feel so much it is absurd. My levels of those two were severely low after months of supplementing them I feel worlds better. You will watch 15 lbs disappear if you even somewhat follow what I wrote above about food lifestyle change Good luck in your adventures adventures losing weight and PE, it sounds like you have all sorts of motivation.

That’s one hell of a diet, Regular! Is your fiber intake the inspiration for your username? Haha, you don’t have to answer that. I don’t have the discipline to take my diet that far, but I’ve cut out fast food, upped my water intake by at least 5x, am limiting myself to one cup of coffee per day, and rediscovering almonds, fruits, and veggies. I’m definitely looking forward to losing some fat pad, it’s hiding 3/4” of me right now.

I’ve had heaps more energy just from getting moving again after a stressful period of finishing my undergrad. I’d really like to get back into mountain biking, but it still seems to be monsoon season here in the Midwest.

Do you feel that the newbie routine may not be pushing you that hard due to your initial conditioning from edging? I also edge and have done light jelqing and squeezes just for pleasure throughout the years and feel like I’m not really being pushed by the newbie routine. I’m going to look into it more, but I’m thinking about adding 5 minutes to each my stretching and jelqing.

I am taking it all real slow because I don’t want to hurt my dick. I am just gonna follow the routine until I start to feel like I can increase the time for stretches and jelqs. As a matter of fact I am clueless as to what you are talking about with my username, I wish I knew. It is referring the fact I am just a regular old guy, and my initials. Ha.

Thanks for the all the kind words Iamaru and everyone, I hope you guys take it as inspiration to slowly eliminate and replace things in your diet because ending up with high cholesterol is no fun. Also having less penis hiding in the fat pad is a huge plus.
