Hello Thunder-Place,

First off thanks for letting me become a member to this forum. I have taken 2hours a night to read F.a.q and read plenty of post about others experience. I do understand that PE work, but still alittle skeptical about it. I don’t have a small penis. Just an avenge penis size. My NBPEL 6” and my girth is 5 1/4. I haven’t decide on a goal. My wife is sitting next to me supporting me 60%(while reading “the black dahlia murder.”), she keeps saying “size doesn’t matter.” but I find that an oblivious lie. She understands that if I grow an inch in length and and maybe half an inch or more in girth, she would enjoy it more. Another thing that consigns me is how I do jelqing.. I’ve taken the time to read about it and understand how to do it. Just mostly trying to understand how much pressure to use with the “OK” technique. I’ve also decide to skip the manual Stretches and just stick with Kegels. So, if some people with alittle more experience could leave me some feedback. I would be graceful.

The pressure of the jelqs is individual and you should experiment with different pressures to see what works best for you. You need to feel blood pushing down the shaft on your upstroke. As a newbie, do not jelq erect or anywhere close. ~60-70% should do it.

Manual stretches are fundamental to length; both flaccid and erect. If you are looking for substansial gains in length, then manual stretches and it’s variations should definately be in your arsenal of exercises.

Yes, I agree with this stretching is very important.

I think you’re going to be hard pressed to gain a full inch in length without routinely pulling on your cock in some fashion. For the newbie, stretching is the easiest and probably safest way to accomplish that. That’s why it’s part of the newbie routine. :)

Thanks for the advice for the jelqing. The thread helped me out alot spread. About the stretching, it seems to take up alot of time. Just really trying to get my penis more in shape for the hanging and/or clamping. But I will look more in the stretching.

An alternate to stretching with hands is fowfers. They can be held for long periods of time without your arm growing fatigued. From my personal experience, they work “ok” for erect length but are excellent for flaccid length. I am sure that when bundled with jelqs they can lead to great erect length gains.

Just completed my 2nd day of the newbie routine. From jelq do I need to feel any kind of pain? Or discomfort? I have a pretty decent grip with my hand(allot of people tell my handshake is pretty nice). How I start jelq is one hand below the head of the penis and an downward “OK” grip with my other hand. Followed by a 5seconds pull from the bottom to top. I’ve read that the upward palm with an angel pointing towards the floor is better for jelq. Somehow helps the blood flow more? Can anyone confirm this.

Don’t skip the stretches.

After my second day of the newbie routine doing 25x2 each hand taking about 13minutes. I’ve came to the idea to actually try 3days on 1day off.. Should that be okay?

Stick to 2on 1off. Your penis needs the recovery time; it doesn’t grow while you are doing PE, it grows between sessions. So give it enough rest. Please don’t rush into clamping and hanging. Get everything you can from manual exercises first. I’ve done lots of everything except pumping in the past, and my routine is all manual now.
