Hey guys:
I just started PE’ing this past friday.

My BP non-erect measure was 5.5”
My BP erect measure was 6.5”

I am looking to gain at least 1” when erect and also want to get some extra girth…right now I don’t know what my girth measure is…I will post later with pics.

Just wanted to mention that when I was a teenager one of my friends told me his grandfather told him to pull his dick everytime after peeing…one good pull to the right one to the left one up and one down…then since I was like 13 I didn’t pay attention to what he said…I guess he did it and got a nice thick long dick…while I got stuck with 6” …just for not believing…this is a true story.

I am glad I found it.

I have just been doing 15 minutes of wet jelquing.

Any advice and encouragement would be greatly appreciated.

I am 32yo ( never too late to start jelquing), 5’7”, 145#…and right now on a bulking phase and lifting…

The best advice is to start w/the newbie routine and stick with it. You want be let down as long as you stay consistent and be patient. Also remember to take your days off. Start slow and be careful

Welcome, I am also a PE newb. I started about a month ago on a ~5 days a week program which basically consists of a 5 min warm-up hot wrap, stretches in every direction for a total of ~25 mins, then about 10-15 minutes of jelqs (sometimes wet and sometimes dry) followed by 5 min warm down (very important). Lately I have started getting used to kegels and I do about 5 mins of them after my PE sessions and even sometimes when I am just sitting around. I started out at about 6 1/4” to 6 1/2” BPEL now I am a definite 6 3/4” to 7” BPEL. My girth is about 5” but I didn’t measure that at first (feels slightly fatter though). I am very happy with my progress and I have set a goal to be over 7” NBPEL before 2005. My advice is just to read all the info you can in these forums and stick with your program and you will see results.

By lifting you mean lifting weights? If so that is probably good for PE. I strongly believe the more you exercise, the better your circulation and therefore more blood can fill your cock. Good luck with your progress in both areas. I have been weightlifting for almost 3 years straight now and I have went from 145# to 187# with no drugs. For the past year or so people comment on how big I look and I am looking forward to getting those same comments on my penis very soon :) .

bimanpty - welcome to PE’ing. I’ve just started too. I’m using the PeniMaster stretcher; I’m sure it was designed at the time of the Spanish Inquisitions - it certainly feels like that at times. I’m keeping it on for an hour or so and then taking it off to get the circulation going and then on for another hour. I can do about 6-8 hours a day, so we’ll see what happens in a month or so. The target is PBEL of 8”+ and girth 6” erect.

As yet I haven’t tried any jelqs, but maybe.

Like you I’m starting off at - BP non-erect measure of 5.5” and BP erect measure 6.5” and erect girth of 5”.

Enjoy and let me know the progress. If you jelqs are working better than my stretch I’ll swap.

The first to BPEL of 7” buys the other a beer! :-)

You’re right its never too late. I did’nt start until I was 41. I’ve gained almost an inch and am hoping to get another inch before I’m done.
