Newbie in need of some help!

Hey all, I am 18 and fairly new to this.

My measurments are a very average 6 x 5 erect. I, like everyone else it seems, would love 8 x 6.

I have been PE on and off (mainly off) for the last year. Mainly just jelqing, etc. However, I have made it my New Years Resolution to PE every day, so far I have!

Anyway, here is my routine.

First off, I take VP-RX and Enzyte, mainly because I was able to get them both as free samples. I doubt I will buy them when I run out.

Generally, my routine consists of a warm up, followed by 10 min stretching. I then manual jelq for about 20 mins, and then use the “power jelq” for another 10-15. I of course warm down.

I have just purchased a Penimaster (Supra’s, actually ) as well as one of his famous rings.

Does anyone have any suggestions to help on length? That is really my main goal. Thanks a lot guys, I look forward to posting more often!!!

No I wouldn’t either.

Do you hot wrap after the session then? I recommend ditching that if you do, to let the tissues cool down while extended.

I suggest cutting down on jelqing in favour of stretching, as this will be better for length. Also, read up on the LOT theory to determine what angle would be best for you to stretch at.

Why wouldn’t heat HELP in keeping the tissues extended for a longer period, and over time, accelerating deformation?

Heat effectively makes the tissues more elastic, IMO therefore more likely to return to their original state. Ideally you want the heat for the first half of the session, and to let the ligs cool at room temperature while still under stress.
