Newbie, is this ok?

Well i am new to this and I was wondering if this rutine sounded all right for a new person to PE. I will break it down so here it goes…

First week: 10-15 mins of Jelqs everyday

Second Week: 15-25 mins of Jelqs everyday

Third Week + : 30 mins of Jelqs everyday

My way of doing the excersies…

Stretch: 5 mins
Hot Wrap: 5 -7 mins
Jelqs: As said above
Hot Wrap: 10 mins

I was also wondering, since I am not going to hang, should I Stretch throughout the day?

What are Kegels, I know about the PC thing but Im I supposed to squeeze it directly or just tighten up my penis like I am stoping the flow of my urine, and if none of these sound right the what am I supposed to do?

I don’t feel as if my penis is worn out or tired after my workouts, this is my second day of this and I was wondering, am I not working out hard enough, long enough, or just not doing it right…

and…

There is this site called Rip off of Reece’s Site, word for word, not on this forum I thought it was cool and was wondering if the info the give you there was correct.
