Newbie jelq questions foreskin, revers ok grip
Hi everyone,
I started to jelq 4 days ago by following Newbie Routine. I did 2 days on, 1 off and today’s on day again. I warm up using bidet, I just sit there and put my penis under the faucet(?) and let the water flow for 5 minutes. Then I do 10 stretches as suggested by Newbie Routine.
My questions are:
1. Is there any difference between normal OK grip or reverse? Since I feel I can grip better beginning of the shaft with a reverse OK grip, feels I can jelq it better that way..
2. It doesn’t matter if I contract my foreskin before every jelq, does it?
I usually end up my ”workout” by warming down for 5 minutes the same way I do warm up.
