I would like some feedback on a VERY beginners routine.
5 min warm wrap
10 circular stretches—-clockwise and counter…
10 10 sec V-stretches
“kegel stretch”?—-I pull straight up(laying down) toward chin and do 20 kegels—10 times
5 min warm wrap
Through the day:
Vstretch for bathroom
at least one hour of “fowfer”
Ok? Will I see any results?
Been on this for 3 days and when should I take a day off?
