Starting Newbie Routine problem

Hi I just started the Newbie program and I started with the first two days of hot wrapping (shower), stretching, jelqing, and then kegels. After this I took a one day break and I was gonna start up again today but I was testing this afternoon seeing if I could get a full hard erection but I barely managed to get it fully erect I would say it was 90-95% erect. Is this normal? Should I still jelq today or rest another day? Or some other option. Thanks

I think you squeezed your penis to hard, or jelqed at a high intensity, perhaps do it at a more flaccid state. And yes, I would rest if I was concerned about my penis. Healing and growth takes place when you rest not when you work out.

On a sidenote, I’ve got a related question myself. Regarding kegels, can they be done when your instrument is a 100% flaccid? This is because when I do kegels when I’m flaccid I hardly feel anything.

I can feel something but it’s very weak and I’m not sure if in doing it properly I can feel my bc muscle clench but my anus clenches as well
