Break after newbie routine
Hi Everybody,
I had been doing the newbie routine regularly, 2 days on 1 day off, for 6 weeks, but right when I was about to begin my new routine that Endow suggested to me since I didn’t see any results from the Newbie, some serious work came up and I haven’t been able to do anything but kegels for 3 weeks. So, I was wondering what I should do now. Should I do the newbie routine for another 6 weeks and then get into the advanced routine, or should I just jump straight back in the advanced routine?
