Break after newbie routine

Hi Everybody,

I had been doing the newbie routine regularly, 2 days on 1 day off, for 6 weeks, but right when I was about to begin my new routine that Endow suggested to me since I didn’t see any results from the Newbie, some serious work came up and I haven’t been able to do anything but kegels for 3 weeks. So, I was wondering what I should do now. Should I do the newbie routine for another 6 weeks and then get into the advanced routine, or should I just jump straight back in the advanced routine? As far as I have studied the experts’ opinions here, you are supposed to do the Newbie Routine for at least 3 months. Some gain slow. You have to be patient. Wish you success.

Whenever you take a long break, no matter what you were doing before, it’s always best to start up slow and easy. So the Newbie Routine fits the bill.

Alrighty, so I’ll do the newbie routine for another 6 weeks and then begin the advanced routine? Or should I just do the newbie routine for a 2 or 3 weeks?

You can probably go for 3 weeks or so and then start kicking it up a notch. No matter what routine you use, try to never go overboard.
