Newbie Looking For Girth Gains

Hey all,

First off I’m right at 6” BPEL and about 4.2” Erect Girth so naturally I’m interested in increasing my girth first an foremost. That being said I’m 5 weeks into stretching with x4 labs extender and I am happy so far except that I’ve heard full shaft girth gains are difficult to come by with stretching alone. I am looking for tried and true girth gainers to supplement my stretching routine. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Well wore extender for 6 hours and wet jelqed for the first time yesterday for 10 minutes. Where I’m at.

Newbie routine and to slowly introduce jelqing and getting your conditioning up to future PE needs


Starting Feb 2019: BPEL: 7.5inch MSEG: 5inch EQ 8/10

Goal: BPEL: 8inch MSEG: 5.5inch EQ: dialed up to 11!

Thanks for the response Hame. Since I’m already using traction device is the other manual stretching necessary? It seems like it might be kind of redundant and even a lesser version of what I’m doing with the extender. Thanks!

I recommend you do a solid newbie routine. Put the extender away for just a bit.

So any specific newbie routines for girth?

I’m about 6.75 NBPEL and 7.125 BPEL and 5 even for girth I’ve been doing PE consistently for 4days the first 2 days I gained .125 in girth but it went away and I know for sure I’m not over doing it

You don’t get daily or even weekly permanent gains man. My advice from one newb to another is put the measuring tape down.

+1 on the newbie girth specific exercise though.

The jelqing component of the newbie routine brought girth gains for me.

Thanks Titleist. Gonna keep it basic and I’ll update in another month when I’ll be 2 months in. I’m really psyched to have started this journey!

Good luck. Also, it’s very important to remember: Put the measuring stick away and just focus on doing your PE. Because if you measure everyday, IT WILL CONSUME YOU and distract you from achieving your goal. Only measure once in a blue moon. I measure once a month. Gains take time. I was skeptical at first but PE works.

The stretching, both manual or by extending/hanging, doesn’t do much for girth.

Focus on the exercises that stretch the tissues via tumescence (jelquing, clamping, edging, and pumping) and encourage vascular growth to fill in the corpus as the tunica expands.

In short: jelquing is where to start and then add in other things, like pumping and clamping, once you’re well conditioned.

Start slow and work your way up to heavier stuff.
