Newbie Pumper Don't Get Morning Wood Anymore

I’ve pumped for about 3 weeks, 2 on and 1 off and 2 on and 2 off routine. I’ve kept it under 5hg and about 10 days ago I was pumping and felt some type of pain near the base ( I assume the tube was digging into my groin.)

After , I adjusted the tube and didn’t feel the pain anymore. I’ve pumped 10 min on and rested for 3 minutes before doing 5 minutes. The next morning I had great wood. But the day after, I didn’t. It’s been about 9 days now and I sometimes have no wood, or semi erection. Would I heal soon? I’m 21 years old and I run sometimes a week. I also saw I have lymphocele 9 days ago, could that be causing my lack of morning wood?

I’m scared if I don’t get boners soon I might lose the gains I made and some of my original size. ( I always got a good stretch in the pump, my size is 6.1 but it would be around 7- 7.5 in the pump). I had gained 0.25 inches in less then a month while pumping.

Did you do any conditioning before you began pumping?

I think you are scared for no reason I doubt if there is any correlation between morning woods and gain loses.

In my opinion morning woods are more connected to mental state and physical parameters as testosterone/DHT and the last time you release sperm.

So as long you didn’t injure your penis during the pump you be fine :D .

The first week I only did 10 minutes sessions with a break after 5 minutes. The 2nd week I did 10 minutes straight with no break. The 3rd week I did 15 minutes straight once, but mostly did 10 minutes straight then break for 2- 3 min and do last 5-6 minutes session

Well beginners are usually more concern about small “injuries”.

But if you really think something serious did happened because of that take few days rest and check if its back to normal.

Sounds like you’ve been over training a little bit. Take some time off and only do some gentle massaging each day and see if it returns.

I’m in a similar situation. Been pumping about 2 months, lower pressures (2.5 - 5 hg) and short sets (5-15 minutes per set). Definitely observed some loss in EQ and morning wood after overdoing it a few sessions. I’ve been taking extra days of rest when it happens. Are you able to get hard at all, with stimulation? 9 days seems like a long time to me, but I wouldn’t worry if it’s just the morning wood.

It’s a bit hard to get erect fully while standing but sitting or laying is no problem. Have you made gains while following short sessions?

I’m not sure if the pumping has done much for me as I’m also wearing an extender for an hour or two a day. BPFSL has gone from just over 6” to ~6.5”. Only part that really surprised me is that it looks almost that long in the tube but I guess it does dig into the fat pad. I’d be worried if it was giving me erection issues and would probably stop pumping if that was the case.

Just because you didn’t wake up with one doesn’t mean you didn’t have several during the night.

The easy way to tell is the “paper test.” Cut a piece of paper about 1/2” wide and 7” long. Wrap it around your shaft about midway while flaccid. Secure it with a piece of tape. When you get wood it will tear the paper. Don’t just wind tape around your shaft; tape is much stronger than paper and may impair circulation while erect.
