I found that the longer I pump at a low pressure, 2-5hg, eventually no pressure after maybe 40-60 min, I come out of the tube with a hard and unsensitive dick. The expansion isn’t as great as it would be with higher pressures for bursts of time, but that would gather up to be detrimental for the long lasting erection I would expect afterwards, I would get very hard actually, harder than usual, and subside and eventually require more stimulation to keep that erection going for the same amount of time. The more stimulation I have to use, the harder it is to keep a hard long lasting erection. On a side note, short periods of higher pressure felt great for EQ afterwards too, but not all the time.
Moving around with the tube a little after it’s sealed and throbbing also feeled good and not too stimulating, for me it kind of makes my erection angle go higher when coming out of the tube, something I would imagine towel raises would do in the same way.
Also, pumping with a source of heat nearby can slowly produce some stronger kegels from what I can tell so far.
Uli’s are also great in moderation for EQ, I would imagine, they feel like a stretch and produce much stronger kegels than anything else ime. I lightly do them before pumping, heavily do them after, but too much of them will make it harder to stay hard for longer periods of time, I guess. I don’t really do too much of them, I mostly use this for PE purposes and only when EQ is high.
