Newbie question

I have been on the newbie routine for two weeks now. Next week I plan to add 5 min to my stretching and jelqing. Is is normal to be a little tender after a workout. So far I can not really tell any difference but it seems like I can feel some. It may be in my mind also.

A nice side effect since I started PE is: I have been wearing out my wife. She has had to stop me, and I am still rock hard and going. (Must be the kegels) :)

PS I try to save the workout with the wife for my days off. I really hope that ejaculation does not effect gains.

Now that you have a couple of weeks under your belt, any tenderness should be starting to fade. Adjust your jelqing force to stay below levels that cause damage, as that much force is not necessary.

Don’t ever allow PE to interfere with your sex life. I think you are finding that PE complements your sex life and that is how it should be.
