Hey guys,

Why the newbie routine contains 200 jelqs from the first day and after 6 weeks 600 jelqs?

What pressure do recommend?


GOAL - BPEL anything that comes along with 5.5 EG

Just start out with light pressure to get used to the feeling of moving blood and increasing internal shaft pressure. Slowly increase to moderate pressure and use moderation as your goal. If you get red spots, that is from rupturing capillaries near the surface and that means you are using too much pressure.

To use jelqing to target length have a semi-erection on the order of 60-70%. To target girth have your erection level at 80-90%. When you jelq for girth, you will feel the internal pressure of your cock increase as you do each jelq stroke.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I’ve started off doing 50 jelqs and then moved up to 100 for about a month. I just recently tried to move up to 200, and it felt like a lot. Everyone is different, though. I think the main thing is that you do them correctly. How to do them correctly you’ll have to learn as you go. So, I would start off with less at first until you get accustomed to them and figure out how to do them effectively. I think this way is safer, as well, but it’s up to you.

I used to try to cram as many jelqs in as humanly possible many years ago. I would really try to over exert myself, and I didn’t see any results. I’ve only been doing 100 long and slow ones since I’ve started up again, and am actually seeing results for the first time. How much pressure you should exert is also something you will have to kind of figure out as you go. Obviously, you don’t want to put too much pressure on yourself, though.

It is better to start off slow than to risk an injury. I don’t know how I was doing so many jelqs those many years ago without causing injury, but they never gave me harder erections or any increase in length or width. They didn’t really seem to do anything. My advice would be to take it slow and really try to feel how each jelq is effecting you. I wouldn’t recommend more than like 50 for your first round. 600 jelqs is too many, in my opinion.
