Newbie Routine - Post PE manual stretch Warm down or Cool down?

Hello! I’m on my 6 weeks doing manual stretching (30 secs on all direction) then suddenly I bump to a thread mentioning (heat) warm down vs cool down (ice). Or is it even necessary to warm down or cool down after PE? TIA.

I always do a warm down and warm up and its necessary for sure. I have no experience with cool downs.


Start: 15.1cm BPEL

Current: 16.9cm

Final goal: 7 inch

Cool down has shown to be negative.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

During my newbie routines, I always used warmth. I had gains. So it worked for me.


12/31/17 BPEL= 6.25 MEG = 5.00 , 08/24/22 BPEL= 6.875 MEG = 5.125, 01/16/23 BPEL= 7.0 MEG = 5.25, 01/08/24 BPEL= 7.125 MEG = 5.25

01/24/24 BPEL= 7.125 Meg = 5.50 <---- Girth Goal Reached

Next Goal ---> BPEL = 7.5 Meg = 5.75
