Newbie Routine Progress-Questions
So on Monday (23.07.2018) I will start with my PE Journey. I will follow the newbie routine till January the 1st 2019 and I will not take any break!! Obviously if I see gains I will keep on doing the exercises. I will constantly update every month about my progression. My measurements: BPEL: 16.5 cm NBPEL: 15.3cm EG: 12.8cm. My Goal is to reach 20cm NBPEL and 15 cm EG. So since I’m new to all of this, I would like to ask you guys if you have any advice, you wish you had when you first started, for me (and all the other guys new to PE).
Plus I would like to ask you guys (those who do PE for a long time), how long it took you to see results (at least 1 cm) and for how long you have been doing it, and hoe far you have got.
